I loved how amazing Helen was, loved chatting to her and when some plates were missing she got us some and extra towels plus she let us keep our suitcases in the lounge till it was time to check in the suite. The suite itself was fantastic everything in place my sister, mum and my best friend loved the place as it has Netflix on the tv lol but overall great room plus the shower was amazing N/a it should be rating 10

Location Smelt damp and fusty Bedroom doors and window wouldn’t close Whole place needs some tlc Couldn’t check in early so male member of staff said he would put bags somewhere safe, when we returned at 2.50 bags we’re still left in communal area! Couldn’t get into room until 3.30! Couldn’t find any staff, took a long time for them to answer buzzer.

The suite was newly done up, well maintained and great value. Staff were also lovely Only minor things - the stairs down to the suite were a little iffy when having kids and luggage, door lock was a little tricky. I would suggest a better extractor fan for the bathroom but None of these really affected our stay and are minor flaws and one of us has plans to go back next year already!

Nothing Property was shambles from when we arrived the manager was not answering at reception when he did divide to appear he was confused as he couldn’t find the booking he also had to clean the room as this was not done before hand , the carpets and bedding was wet and the smell of damp was horrendous we wasent given any keys when trying to find the reception manager again we could not get a reply after ringing the bell multiple times I then located after 1 hours and still wasent handed any keys there was wet towels left from the previous pepole in the washer machine really unpleasant stay as the mattress was outdated and broken we had the worse nights sleep left at 6 in the morning

Its a great location. The building and facilities do have lots of potential. Could come amd go as you pleased. Good value for money. Shower was powerful and hot water. No one was there to great us when we first arrived and had to wait a while longer than check in time to get in. The place was dirty and needed a good clean, we had to wipe all the sides in kitchen down when we arrived. There were also food on the floor that hadnt been hoovered properly and the whole property had a nasty smell to it. Overall the property could have done with a deeper clean as it lets it down as it is a nice place if was cleaned. No information given on arrival so didnt get any internet code and never so the owners around to ask. Not enough towels given for all guest booked in.

Good location, close to all of the major amusements and the beach. Cleaning wasn’t up to standards. Rooms felt damp. Pictures don’t show reality.

The location at the top of Albert Road was very quiet even on a Saturday night, and made a welcome break from all the madness down the road. My room had a double bed even though I booked a single and was comfortable and quite cosy. The man who runs the place was very nice and helpful. The wifi was good. The whole place badly needs redecorating, but I don't care that much about cosmetic details. The central heating had been switched off because the building is not in full use out of season, but he gave me a plug-in heater that was quite adequate. The only real problem was that the timer on the hot water was wrong, so there was lots of hot water when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night but I had to have a cold shower in the morning. I would stay here again, but would remember to have my shower in the evening.

It was cramped tiny and dirty and this was the deluxe room, no hot water, no towels and the bedding was stained, couldn't stay here ourselves, had to move on, we travelled 6 hours to stay here, then paid again to stay at the holiday inn, sorry but no ratings from us

Wasn't very clean and room was so small.

The room was fine in terms of layout and it was a good size, well lit,had what we needed to eat there and ticked all those boxes.close to part of Blackpool beach. The room had a bad damp problem and had mold in it in areas.it needs to be addressed as it's a health issue and I and my 10 month old baby left with coughs.the carpets were really dirty and when we moved the beds to try to put one against the wall(for babys safety) the carpet had old dried sick and you could see the difference in how dirty it was.should have a no shoes policy in there and cleaners wear those blue stretchy bags to keep to the no shoes rule .its a family room and any muck or anything else from the pavement just gets dragged through.that or carpet clean once a month with a shop bought hoover cleaner. You could smell mold and a dirty smell as soon as you got to the basement area. All our clothes felt wet when we went to leave and smelt...really upset we paid what we did and saved to stay here...

Good location Very damp must smell

The room was clean and thoughtfully decorated. Location close to Blackpool Central. The price was reasonable compared to others on the same street. None

Plenty of room. Beds were comfy. We could drop bags at reception when we arrived about 12.30, unfortunately reception wasn't manned for our checkin. Good location. Waited about 45 minutes to check in, as no-one in reception, even though we said we'd be there 3-4pm. Carpets felt damp under your feet, possibly cos it was in the cellar. Advise keeping shoes on.

We had a key for the front door to let yourself s in our key would not open the door we had to get help to let us in don't know if the door was swollen because it was stiff to open on the outside

The location and the staff were lovely It was so unclean and had a bad smell. The toilet was blocked and the toilet brush just absolutely vile. Carpet and table side covered in bits.
