Grand Hotel Blackpool

Nothing interesting at all Its very old not clean at all mostly like a jail cell. Prefer to sleep in the car and doesn’t worth for its price

Nothing Room was dated walls were paper thin bed was hard and no cleaning in room while we were there 3 days , so run out of toilet paper and coffee we asked the cleaner didn’t bother at all . The window was locked shut with screws and we had to have the fan on which is not exceptable Crisp bags and dust behind the side draws

Cheap location We complained about faults in rooms and they were never addressed swimming pool freezing cold And having to pay to use it also no towels unless u paid for them for the pool

The hotel was beautiful and so clean and all the staff were so helpful For us the bed so too hard

Great hotel, short walk to centre of town, tram stop 2 min away. Large hotel so busy but we experienced no noise. Room great size. Bed very comfy and good linen and pillows. Good size bathroom. Great to have sea view. Breakfast was good value for money, very nice great selection Nothing to dislike

Disappointing

Staff and location How dirty and smelly the rooms were. Ours smelt like cannabis. Beds really uncomfortable. No mirror in room

Comfortable and quality furniture. Helpful reception staff. Swimming pool. Being aware no housekeeping service during 3day stay. Reception replenished coffee milk and sugar. No need to replace towels or do beds but had to dispose of some rubbish as only small room bin. Must impact turn over of rooms. Swimming pool could be open slightly longer. 08,00 start advertised but could only book from 9.00 and last swim booking 3pm if open until 6/7 pm could swim after being out. Minor inconvenience.

Nice and clean and also cheap Room was very hot there was a fan in there but just small tower fan and not strong enough as windows only open so far also only one pillow per person but overall good stay very friendly staff

liked the location bus stop right outside the hotel and only a 2 minute walk to the tram stop my room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast was lovely out off all the hotels I have stayed in this was the best not that I am complaining about the others There was nothing not to like every thing was great I will definitely be going back again

Location. Pool. Room size. Bed too hard. No soap in bathroom. No fridge.

Exceptional

Room and view was lovely breakfast was good and the view from my room was amazing staff were lovely Our bathroom had a bad smell like dirty drains amd air vent was really dirty. Issue with these type of flies infesting the out side of the building we couldnt have windows open as they were getting in. No air con on the room the fans supplied did help but were noisy when trying to sleep.

Location good The room was not clean.. no vacuum done... Kids bunk bed mattresses had springs coming out hard discomfort to sleep on. Spiders and smelly

We liked the location. It was out the way from the noise and there was a coop close by for last minute snacks and stuff for the room. The room had a fridge. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was dirty, there was marks all over the furniture and fabrics on the bed (white marks) there was old papers behind the furniture. The beds weren't made nice when we got in the room. They were just 'thrown together'. Most of the lights didn't work too. Lots of dust in the room. Carpets under the bed had lots of live moths on it.
