Staffs are always friendly. There was a drainage issues in the bathtub, told the staff, was fixed alright away. Restaurant was dirty. Stains on dinning table. Dish for olive oil seemed used (same issues as in October 2024, I complained to the waiter both times. There were ants in my room but did not have food inside the room

Spacious elegant hotel, friendly and attentive staff, daily opened restaurant, sport shops, well equipped gym, cryotherapy, tennis courts, great champions atmosphere ?? I would like to see your SPA area more cosy and welcoming, with well organised tea/water station. Limited and therefore always occupied indoor relaxing area beds, absence of the signs on the doors leading to the spa facilities, bizarre sitting area in the middle of the spa makes one climb up and down uncomfortably, small treatment rooms, dated massage beds - all that didn’t make my body care experience as good as I expected.

Situated right next to the tennis academy with beautiful clay and hard courts. Hotel has been recently renovated, I was able to get free upgrade for our rooms from booking.com. Both rooms are very spacious, each has a huge balcony facing tennis courts. The bed is super comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping in my own bed. There were a lot of mosquitos on the outside resting on the door of the balcony. A few mosquitos came into my room when I went out to the balcony.
