Beautiful property, room was clean and the staff was amazing!!! They were all so friendly & helpful! The pool was dirty. There was dirt and sand in the bottom of the pool. There was also a foul shrimp smell nearby.

I love the security guard checking your ID before letting you get on the elevators! Made me feel very secure considering I was traveling alone My room had a strong smoke smell!

The facility all together was very nice and clean. If you are not a VIP person, PLEASE DO NOT stay at this hotel. I was treated as if I was not as important as the VIP people that walked in. As I was standing in line, the hotel registration clerk completely looked over me and asked for the next VIP person as if I was not standing there. Keep in mind this is my first time time at this hotel and she did not explain anything to me until she saw my frustration.

The casino is super clean and not an overpowering cigarette smoke smell. A nice surprise every time we go. Under the Oak cafe is handy and food is good. Staff was always friendly and helpful.. Recommend

The hotel has a great atmosphere. Overall, I was very impressed with the service, accommodations, and experience. I would definitely recommend the Scarlett Pearl to anyone looking for a nice place to stay, and I look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful hotel, safe, and laid back. The staff were polite but some almost in a condescending way. I couldn’t understand the Filipino staff due to how loud it was from the self playing piano and slot machines. We called in advance for check in at 2pm and were assured it shouldn’t be an issue, but arrived and no rooms were ready. We got prechecked in and were assured it wouldn’t take too long: we didn’t check in until 3:45pm. The kiosks didn’t work (tried for 45 min) when we tried our player cards for free play so we waited until the next morning, then the staff scoffed saying it was too late to redeem the points and I should have redeemed them the night prior or within 12 hrs. They did mention the free play could be loaded again, but only by the manager, which was fine but by that point I was ready to go.
