The only bad thing was when I checked in, the room hadn't been cleaned. The manager quickly got me situated in another room and gave me a $50 credit on my room tab. Didn't expect a $250 per night room to be dirty, but .

Top sheet was stained

Took forever to get lukewarm water and curtains wouldn’t close enough to block the sun out

Our stay was really great. The room was clean, elevators were fast and efficient. We enjoyed the pool, restaurants, and the Starbucks coffee in the morning. The pool area itself was a bit uncomfortable as the area surrounding the pool had tiny little bits of the surface design that hurt our feet and became stuck. The walkway over to the blind tiger could desperately use some attention and looks pretty bleak from above. The staff were very kind however and the entire experience and interactions with employees and guests were very good.

Overall is was a good stay. Food, drinks, staff and environment were great. The only thing i had an issue with was they don’t clean the rooms for the entirety of your stay. The shower nozzles were almost empty. Trash cans were too small to have for 4 days and no one come empty it. Feels a little lazy to me personally. Also the outlets for the chargers didn’t work in some places

Room service could be better.

The staff really does exhibit southern charm. To the bell hop to the front desk associates to the custodial crew, everyone was friendly, helpful and pleasant. I liked how there is separation between the gaming area and the hotel rooms, plus the pool area was active and chill with the bar and live DJ. I did have challenges that were reported regarding the room furniture (damaged), but overall I would stay again.

Shower was lukewarm at best. Air conditioning barely held room temp at the lowest setting. Below expectations

Gulf side views. Casino gambling by night. Can’t beat it. Room paid for itself.

Was nice room and clean but the smoking almost took me out

If you are not a 7 star diamond member, be prepared to wait an eternity at check in, room was ok, clean and actually had toilet paper this time.

Casino was great, good bar staff and waiters. The restaurant outside near the check in had terrible service, we sat at the bar over looking the pool for 10 mins and no one asked us if we would like a drink or a menu. Room had no toilet paper, I asked the cleaning employee for some and she said you have to ask the front desk (I also paid extra for beach view and massage shower head). Needless to say, there was no hydro massage head either.

Our room wasn't ready until almost 8:00 pm. The front desk manager said "there's no guarantee that you can check in at 4:00." For $330, I expect better. Won't be going back to Hara's.
