The hotel's location was great. It is right in the middle of Biarritz, close to everything (shopping street, beaches, marketplace, etc.). The hotel was very elegant and posh. The room and the bed were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the towel radiator in the bathroom. We'd like to stay at Hôtel Cosmopolitain next summer. The room prices are a little steep, but this is true of all hotels in Biarritz, a popular summer destination. Nevertheless, this hotel was definitely better than our previous accommodations in Biarritz. Also, it was a bit difficult to find hotel staff for check-in, check-out, and general questions. The hotel had a brunch cafe, and the employees were usually busy with cafe customers.

The location was good, very central. Accommodation in Biarritz is expensive and this was reasonable for the position. The room was basic and not that big as was the bathroom, but everything was functional and worked the bed was comfortable. I requested an iron and it was bought to our room . The staff were very pleasant

Location and such lovely patio and bar. Really good breakfast which is great value Emptying of rubbish bins early in the morning, Also would be nice if bar is open in the evening

Chic town centre hotel with lovely café area. Rooms on trend for location. First room failty heating but I was moved which was great as it was very very cold during my stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Communication was excellent. It don't have its own parking, and was hard to find, they need to sst parking is in an underground multistorey and give directions to there for driving customers.

Parking was not situated in the hotel but the hotel let us park our car in public parking by free. The hotel could have explained before our arrival because it was difficult to get close to hotel and then receive the card for parking wherre was complicated to find and after parking we didn't know where we were by the exit on foot. Also it was complicated to get into parking with the card although the hotel gave us the explanation since we had no time to read it well.
