Very central and close to the beaches. No air con just a ceiling fan, can be quite noisy outside but we were so tired at the end of the from the beach it didn’t make a big difference. Parking was stressful, you have to approach the closest underground car park from a certain direction otherwise the roads are blocked.

The room was basic, small butsuitable for my needs as a cyclist. Bed nice. Room clean. Basic shower. Lift was an old fashioned one and very small but did the job. Receptionist was nice and helpful. My bicycle was stored in a room so was secure. Breakfast was in another hotel a few steps away via the street. Excellent location as in centre of town. The price seemed a bit high bearing in mind the room size. However Biarritz is a go to town so expect you are paying a premium for the nice location.

Fantastic location near the old port with easy access to the sea, old town, bars and restaurants. Very good and reasonably priced breakfast. A really traditional sea seaside hotel. Very atmospheric town centre location Not their fault but accessing the old port area by car is an impossibility. We couldn't find a way to the recommended car park but parked in Bellevue, a little further away. Parking cost 50 euros for 40 hours. Just be aware. This is the trade off for the location and worth it!

Customer service 10/10, they were really helpful and friendly. The location is on a lovely street full of eateries and you're right next to the beach where you can round to the main Biaritzz beach. Parking is limited around that area, we were lucky enough to arrive later on the day so only had to pay for a few hours parking. There is street parking and lots of underground car parks within the city if your car height allows. It is a 2 star so bear that in mind. It isn't the cleanist and the building needs looking after. It was ok for a stop over of 1 night before moving on and allowed us to see the city. The breakfast was €48 for the 3 of us and I was not impressed with the selection so I would consider not paying for breakfast and finding a place elsewhere to eat.

Great location in the old town. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. A bit noisy in the morning, but it was very, very hot and so the windows were wide open. A bit of a walk to access public transport.

The location is perfect, very near the old port area with beautiful restaurants, shops and the amazing beach. The room was clean and cool thanks to a fan in the ceiling. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, it's petfriendly, so we stayed with our dog for a small extra fee. The shower was a bit tricky because the water would go everywhere but it worked perfectly and had strong pressure and temperature was easy to regulate, so that was great.
