We had a comfortable, clean and well appointed room that was conveniently located in Berry. We particularly liked the fact that we were on the ground floor and there was an area out the back that looked onto a small parkland. Also, it was quiet and protected from traffic noise. The dining room that we attended for breakfast was really lovely as well and in a pleasant area of the hotel. The staff were also lovely and very helpful. Everything from shops, cafes, restaurants and parks were within walking distance as well. Nothing really - we were very happy staying there and would go back again.

Friendly staff, good checking, undercover parking. Couldn't connect Smart TV to WiFi, staff suggestion didn't work. Problem fixed with remote help from our home. No hot water. Had to have a cold shower on a very cold morning.

Fresh and clean. A very comfortable stay in a fantastic location. All staff were excellent. Continental breakfast was the perfect start to a busy day. GF bread available upon request, toasted by staff in a seperate toaster to avoid cross contamination.
