Very near to train station and few minutes walk to supermarket. No kettle in room.

This is a very nice, extremely clean hotel about 11 minutes by train away from the Berlin airport. I highly recommend it. I found the staff to be excellent: very welcoming and helpful. It seems to me the management must be doing an excellent job if staff selection and training Nothing

Price could be a bit lower

It was very accesible from the airport and also it was very easy to reach Mitte since the train station is very close. The breakfast was amazing!

We selected this location for a two-night stay since we did not want to stay in downtown Berlin and we wanted close proximity to the airport, so this hotel worked well for us. The location was very good for our shopping needs (Edeka, Alde) and also for a gas station to filling the rental car--the Aral station was only a few minutes away. Parking was readily available and moderately priced. The temperature control limited you to a range of plus/minus 3 degrees (C), so we found a tolerable but not the desired temperature. While we expected to hear some noise due to our proximity to the airport, we had failed to look at the proximity to rail transportation. The train noise was constant and surprisingly loud.

a very new clean and tidy hotel. location is perfect with the S-bahn stop 3 min away. staff is friendly and helpful. the lobby, bar and breakfast place is spacious and has some entertainments. breakfast was decent, good coffee and tea. it is quiet area not far from the airport. if you are not looking for a loud city stay - that’s a good choice no such thing.

Modern, clean, great wifi The pillow and mattress is one of the worst I have slept on. I had trouble falling asleep because of the pillows and woke up in pain both mornings because of the mattress. It appears they are using a temporary mattress pad which is a reason it could have been so bad.

Clean, efficient and an excellent location. The price was great and the staff member I interacted with was also very friendly.

Facility Next to train station not central

The breakfast was just awful for the money we pay; the blanket and pillow were awful and the bed was like sleeping on a narrow table!

cleanliness, what you get for your money, good connection to the city with the S-Bahn, decent breakfast, very friendly staff, they accept families with dogs location, away from center, extremely dirty surroundings/neighborhood (outside the hotel yard).

The breakfast was good eat all you can but I’m not that much breakfast eater. I like the place and my room except the noice of the passing cars that bothered me most of the night. It’s not sound proof that I heard somebody having a loud sound of music. But overall the place is good and safe to stay. The location of the placebos along the highway that every trucks and cars specially the ambulance made so much noice everytime it passed by. My room is in the 6 floor along he side of the road.

Very close to S-bahn station to travel to the city center. Newly built building with modern rooms. Very good breakfast with a lot of options 40 minutes to the city center by metro. No water boiler in the room to make tea/coffee.
