Too many people in this hotel. Old hotel

The hotel is only about 5 minutes walk from the train station. Very convenient. Able to store our luggage before check in so we can go and explore the city right away. Very friendly and capable receptionists. As for the room, it was clean, good size and beds are very comfortable. Onsen was a nice bonus. We included meals in our stay. Both breakfast and dinner was wonderful. We would definitely come back again.

Good Comfort and price 1.Parking fees are redeemable but the staff didn’t mention during check-in. 2.The staff cleaning the male hot spring areas is female. Me and my brothers felt kinda weird to be seen naked at the scene.

This hotel takes so many package tour customers. They operated 3 elevators, but it was not enough.

Onsen and spacious room

The onsen and location with Lawson just right opposite which are nice The room does not have aircon temperature setting. It is controlled centrally and made the room so hot with the heater not adjustable. Also the toilet door lock is spoiled so not able to lock and cause in convenience for 4 adults

Love the Buffet They don’t have AC. Only fans and it was dusty The room was big but it was really filthy and dusty we had a new born with us.

My mistake. We booked smoking room by mistake .we asked that they would change the room they were very strict and not cooperating and wanted to charge extra Manager said for the same price we can clean the room to take the smell out and told us come back in couple of hours. When we came back the room was still smelling. ?

Nice hotel and room I loved the two bed room but not much the 4 beds. I wouldn't recommend the smoking section, the wall smells very bad They don't offer new towels, for the price is a minimum thing to offer.

location was ok . The staff was prompt to bring 2 fans to our room as it was warm. The central air conditioning system in the hotel was a nightmare, therefore the A/C could not be adjusted. The room was warm. The hotel gave us 2 fans to solve the issue. The hotel do not provide mineral water bottles (like any other hotels which I stayed in Japan or elsewhere) and we have to boil tap water to drink .

Very nice place with good views (from the higher floors) onto Beppu. Located close to the station. Could be a bit cheaper though. Nice big hotel Onsen (but a bitty worn down). Try the Jap. bfast on the ground floor! Oishi! Breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor is a bit crowded at times.

The accommodation is in a very good location, close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The room is large, spacious and clean. The room is not soundproofed well. You can hear people in the next room eating, drinking and screaming all night long. There should be a warning about rest periods or to refrain from making noise. Breakfast is quite crowded, so you have to plan to come down early in the morning and the queue is quite long, so plan ahead every time you come down for breakfast.
