grumpy staff next door super loud aircon very noisy. Very tired motel sticky carpert old shower old toilets. Turn on shower waster temp changes if other rooms have showers on I think

Bed needs a mattress topper or new mattress, it was very hard, the shower kept going suddenly cold.

Easy access to the room, loved the self-check in and out. Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted. Clean and comfortable, very cosy space for us.

Location was good and room clean Attention to detail not good .. 3 times I didn’t get the correct bkfast order .. they fixed it each time but I had to go to front office to rectify this each time
