Staff at reception, staff at breakfast, breakfast and the beautiful view from the room. Perfect location. Nothing to note.

The facilities are good but it needs a management and maintenance. When I arrived in Belo Horizonte it was very hot and the ar conditioner was not working, it took more than 30 minutes to be fixed. There was a land line that connects to the reception and the restaurant it never worked, the maintenance guy was there twice and it never got fixed. There was no room service as the phone never worked. Another huge inconvenience for me was the construction noise coming from the apartment above that is under construction.The noise was bothersome so I solicited a refund. The owner/manager answered me back saying that there’s nothing wrong with people wanting remodeling they apartment and there’s nothing they could do about it. They also never mentioned my refund.

Great value for money. Couch, balcony as well as bedroom. Great location.

The breakfast was okay. The gym was not available during our stay due to renovations. The sauna was also not operating during a part of our stay.

Shower, locatation When we first arrived in the room, I was thinking about evaluating it on a 5 out of 10. After the first day, it went down to a 1 out of 10 though. Cleanliness is not exactly great and the mattress are pretty old and worn out. We woke up next day full of tiny bites caused by bed bugs. I brought that to the host's attention. She got upset with my observations and became to act defensive instead of listening up and trying to bring up any solution. She began to fail to reply me at a due time and was not answering my texts in less than a 20 hour time frame. She was more concerned about winning the discussion instead of listening. In one instance, she demanded to have a staff to check up the room while I was not in there. I asked her to wait until I would be back so I could be able to show the staff all the concerns regarding the (un)cleanliness and the questionable overall state of the mattresses. Again, instead of understanding the situation and offering a solution, she didn't accept waiting to have my presence there and started to question me why I was not letting anyone to get inside the room while I was not there. (?!?) She ended up not talking to me anymore. I hope the price I payed for the stay can contribute to improve the quality of the room. The only positive aspect I see in this situation is that I know where not to stay next time in this town.

No shower caps, had to ask for soap, AC wasn't working when arrived.

The room consists of a separate bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette which is very convenient. It's in a decent state, with all the amenities presented. During the day WiFi is pretty fast but in the evening when guests are back it slows down significantly. The hotel is nicely located in a safe area with all the shops and restaurants nearby Just a few of the staff spoke English. We missed a kettle like everywhere in Brazil

The main room was very dark, with all the lights on it was still very dark. I wish the TV was in the main room instead of the bedroom. The toilet area was small. It advertised having a safety box, but the one in my room didn't work.
