The location is the best! It wasn’t spacious and clean as I expected

Room was very spacious, clean, very comfortable bed, beautiful view of the city and friendly staff. Breakfast was great too. Bathroom was a bit small and tight. It was a bit noisy at night and the dark curtains didn’t really made the room dark. It was very bright in the morning…also no sign outside of the hotel, so we drove around a few times trying to figure out where the entrance was.

Very clean, amazing breakfast with a view, most comfortable bed, and super friendly staff (from reception - who also spoke English, to all cleaners and waiters!!!

Location only Reception stuffs behaviour as if they doing you an amazing favour. Or as if you are there for free or whatever. Its like they hate their jobs. They checked me in Into a very durty and dusty room Urine and hair on the toilet flooring. Shower area had even a used soap with pubic hair on it . Took pictures showed to Receptionist who didn't even apologise, he did me a "favour " and managed to relocate me to another room . It was worse than the first room . Even more dirty. Took pictures of that disgusting toilet with brown colours around the toilet seat. Went straight back to Reception showed him pictures and asked for my refund and left ! . The hallways & inside lift isn't clean either. People doesn't like complaints , but to grow we have to calculate what's worth; is it complements that make us better or the complaints! I think that a sincere honest complaint can only lead us to improvements and get even more successful !

Location - close to hospital São Rafael Cleaning - I have arrived 11pm and room was not cleaned and ready for staying Staff - misinformation between shifts and system. Staying was payed before arriving personally and next day during check out I have asked to pay again and lost 30min waiting for check information.
