The check-in was very well handled. There was no room servicing during the 4 nights that I stayed. The rubbish was not removed, the bed was not made up, nor the towels changed, and no one went into the room except for someone who fixed the bathroom light because I complained at reception about the light. In the middle of the week, i had to ask for soap and toilet roll from the reception, even after advising the reception no one cleaned the room. On my last night when I returned to the hotel at 11pm, the front door was closed. After ringing the doorbell for 5 minutes and also trying to ring the reception, the receptionist came. It is a very dangerous area to be standing at the door of a hotel at that time of night, and it was not a very comfortable experience.

The only good thing is the location ... Rooms dirty, very old build, no garage, rooms very simple, not worth the money paid.

Clean. The receptionist while pleasant didn’t know a about parking and told me to park 1.5 blocks away at a garage that closes 15:00. There was a 24ht garage 50 feet from the property.
