A little too far from the station

The staff was excellent. Super nice and helpful. No curtains on beds.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The hostel is in a central area with good bars nearby. At some point, I needed to wash clothes, and they didn't have laundry, but the staff recommended a good one to me.

I stayed 7 nights and didn't have any problems They moved me around a bit but it wasn't a problem to me. Gabriel helped me a lot with everything l needed and was extremely positive and polite The wifi can get slow from time to time but nothing out of the extraordinary

Mmm, maybe I expected more friendly people or more activities to do together. The fan wasn't working, it was extremely loud. The air cleaner of the bathroom was loud too.

Great hostel, nice staff and great kitchen. Rooms were good Lockers under the bed is hard to get when people are a bit messy. Also the fan is horrible, I wouldn't use it on hot days as they are huge and make a loooot of noise, roof fan would have been way better. --- Side note, I had a bed bug on my bed room 8. I know it's horrible situation but it can happen everywhere, the hostel take the right measures based on this situation (change me the room, close the room and they will call the specialist for this). Yes bad luck but again, I can't put it on the hostel, I would, if they wouldn't have take any measures after my complain...

Exceptional

The staff at the hostel were lovely, very attentive and helpful. I appreciated they could store my belongings before check-in, and they also provided lots of information about the city. There was a friendly atmosphere, it was great to meet other travelers and the hostel is really well-located - there's a supermarket really close by, lots of lovely restaurants and cafes, and it's easy to walk or take a moto anywhere you need to go. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a TV with netflix/games which is great. Overall I think the cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom in my dorm was a little dirty and smelly. I also thought the fan was super loud, and air conditioning would really improve the quality of the rooms - it gets so hot during the night, and the fan is so loud and not super effective when there are four people in the room. The co-working space was a little dirty and dark, and it also has no windows. The eating space is a little small and uncomfortable, and there are no lights so after 6pm it's pretty dark.

Dan was a very wonderful and helpful receptionist. He had great energy, very talkative and kind. He helped me figure out what to do, and spoke very good english as my portugese is terrible. I really appreciated him. no
