Rixos Park Belek - The Land of Legends Access

We absolutely loved our stay and wished we had booked for a few more days. The staff at reception and reservations were incredibly warm and welcoming, and our children were delighted to receive a lovely box of sweets as a welcome gift. We also appreciated the thoughtful complimentary restaurant invitation, the free unlimited access to The Land of Legends, and the convenient shuttle service. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious grounds and several pools that our children absolutely loved. This was by far a much better experience than our previous stay in Antalya, and we will definitely return. None

Rixos park hotel was excellent, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel is nice the Man at the reception he was so supportive and helpful during check in and check out. The room are nice. You have full access to land of Legends. The food is nice

It was a nice placed hotel with a nice garden. That’s all I can say I am very disappointed it wasn’t Rixos hotel. It was an 4 star equal hotel. Food wasn’t quality. Rooms are very old. And the cleaning … I was very disappointed

Some of the staff were excellent, very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. * The food was generally good, and some restaurants were much better than the main self-service buffet. * The hotel facilities were decent and suitable for families. * The hotel is overpriced for the overall experience offered. * The shuttle service to Land of Legends is very limited and not convenient. * English communication can be difficult with some staff members. * The main self-service buffet was average compared to some of the other dining options available.

Air Conditioner not working in rooms. Comparing to other Rixos around the world it’s not as fancy. Food is alright - No wow factor

The reception staff are very rude & unprofessional, while Check-in i asked to change the room but they didn't the show rooms that is not better but worst they promised to change next day but they didn't. The major that most of the wake up from sleeping is the room doors, when the room next to you closes & opens the door it makes big sound & shakes the hall room due bad door hydraulic that makes the door to move very fast. Another issue we put DND sign on the room, but even though the mini bar refilling team or HK they opened the door & came in while my Wife was in the bathroom. The buffet is not so big but the quality & the taste of the food were good. two bars on the beach are were closed due to renovation. We took a massage session but were not stratified they were not professional & the therapist was not good.

It was very generous staff, and nice location. Pretty comfort room and nice calm view to the inner court yard. A bit noise at lobby on the evenings. But, beside that no problem at all.

The heated outdoor pool and hot sauna were excellent. The main restaurant served tasty dishes. Bows (with extended equipment), bikes, table tennis and billiards. Reception service was ideal — fast, professional and very polite. Our check-in experience was disrupted by hysterical guests from Moscow, who took up around 10 minutes of our time at reception. There was a long wait to retrieve car keys. Luggage was mixed up during check-in and my suitcase was delivered to a different room. The lobby bar had slow service and long queues. Some dishes in the main restaurant lacked name labels, which made selection harder.

The resort itself was fabulous, the staff were great, and the food was over the top. Ms. Zineb from guest relations was very very helpful and cooperative, she made sure we had a great and an easy vacation with her help. The one and only problem in the resort was the tissues. They don't offer tissue boxes in any of the rooms hahaha

The activities It costs more than what is expected

Nothing. Probably the meals during bad weather outside. It was croudy and we had to wait.

Nice grounds, a lobby bar with a terrace, and a pretty good spa, despite some shortcomings. The room is outdated and in need of renovation, and at times it was unpleasant to be in (bathroom…) The food is rather average, not a big choice The staff lack friendliness, particularly at the front desk. The spa hammam was cold.

Everything was so good that i wanted to prolong the stay 2 more days. The hotel, staff, facilities are good. I took private tennis courses from the tennis coach Berkan. He is a great coach and we practice. I will come again to play tennis with him to here. Furthermore, there was 3 sauna and mostly it was not busy, the beach is great, i had a swim aslo. I used the fitness club and it was also new and enough to practise everyday. As it was also my birthday, i got a surprise champagne and birtday cake to room. It was so good that i would come to this hotel again.
