Where to start... we loved it, and would definitely stay over again! The room was very spacious. It's super well located, between two subway stations, has loads of restaurants nearby, a large supermarket, coffee shops etc. Staff was great, really accommodating and helpful. I also liked the breakfast: we had both the western and Chinese versions, and you should try the Chinese version as well, it was delicious! The only thing we missed was a bided, either built-in on the toilet or as bidet sprayer. But honestly, this is just a detail.

A very classy hotel, located in a lively and trendy hutong. It boasts a prime location in the heart of the historic city center and is excellently connected by two subway lines. A great place to experience living in a traditional old Beijing house, equipped with all the modern amenities you would expect.

Just a little far from the stations by walking, but if you cycle, it's great. Not much convenience stores around either.

The facilities are great, with amazing traditional chinese vibe. The room is beautiful, and comfortable and the staffs are very friendly The wall are pretty thin. You can hear other guests talk and shutting the doors loudly.

The property is located conveniently next to numerous shops, attractions, restaurants, and the Beijing subway. The staff was also excellent, and offered to help in any way they could. The room was clean, comfortable, and was decorated with a modern flair, juxtaposed expertly with the hutong’s ancient mystique.

The hotel is located in a perfect place. So many cool restaurants and streets to explore around the area. Nothing!

The staff were super kind and helpful and the facilities were gorgeous. I was staying at JM Alley on my birthday, so they upgraded our room for free! It was the perfect jumping off point for exploring the hutongs of Beijing and many other sites in the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing!

Clean, really lovely staff, great area, the dinner was especially fantastic here. Loved the little laneways surrounding the hotel. The staff were very kind and assisted us with booking experiences and places to go in Beijing.

Really friendly and helpful staff, plus the cooking staff was excellent and provided wonderful meals to start the day in a cozy dining area.

The hotel is in a great location close to lots of restaurants and shops and an easy subway or taxi trip around the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful in giving advice and organising anything you need. The front area where you have breakfast is sometimes a bit messy, with dirty plates and cups left out on tables. The bathroom next to the breakfast area was also a bit dirty and needed a clean. Breakfast portions could be better ( more fresh and better quality) for the price.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. L Location is great, hutongs nearby and good food spots, metro also very near. A lot of the main attractions are easy to reach. The bedroom setup is a bit weird because the sink is not within the bathroom pod.
