Nothing of note.

Room was very clean, well furnished and equipped. Personel was helpful and very nice. They helped us to book one visit via WeChat. They also let us get to our room much before official check-in as we arrived in the morning. Hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance from metro station. The neighborhood is very nice. We recommend this place Nothing

Clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy. Staff were friendly, modern room. 真的好棒! 如果你知道如何使用中国技术,那就更好。 There’s ‘Xiao Du’ (like Hey Google but Chinese), can control room conditions etc but you have to speak Chinese to it I think. Didn’t take public transport at all because booking a taxi ride is super cheap. Nearby there is ‘The Box’ which is a trendy youth targetted mall, sells clothes, accessories etc. -

This hotel is very comfortable, with good location. Nice, comfortable rooms, feels like staying at home. Very polite and friendly staff. Overall, the best choice if you look for something quiet and cosy place to stay in Beijing. Plus, subway is nearby!!! Cosy rooms, nice stuff, perfect location

The ventilation button near the bathroom will allow the toilet and shower to fill with cigarette smoke. The name of the hotel is True Go, not Qiuguo. I think that is a transliteration. Be careful of that, it doesn't match up as an address for Didi. Took us a couple of Didi trips to find it.

Great location, close to the subway, lots of restaurants close by. The room was larger than expected. The staff were always lovely nothing was too much even with the language barrier. Nothing not to like.

Simple layout decent looking. High rise building, close to coffee areas. not overly busy lifts. I cannot recommend this hotel due to a disappointing experience with their service. During my stay, my toiletry bag and expensive items was stolen. We have traveled extensively throughout Asia, even in rural and shadybareas, without ever encountering theft in Beijing until now. It’s unacceptable for cleaners to handle personal items remove or touch or destroy items. Our valuable items like Shiseido creams, expensive face mask, new charcoal toothbrushes, and other toiletries japanese products went missing. We were left with several smaller creams and sunscreen They claimed that it was all scattered yet they replaced my toiletry bag with a plastic bag and removed make up items from my partners bag. The check in staff showed little regard for customer service, consistently defending the cleaner instead of addressing my concerns. Even after reviewing security footage that clearly showed my items being taken, the staff sided with the cleaner and they could not loctae the "thrown rubbish" that day. The hotel did not offer any compensation to stolen items. There was a complete lack of professionalism and sense of direction of understanding customer needs, despite the language barrier not being an issue. Additionally, the hotel allows smokers to freely enter the lobby, creating an uncomfortable environment as they are oppsite a bar/club (even though theres signs at the lobby). Despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was still oppissite smoking room from where they open their door to smoke. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. This hotel is also at least 12 mins walk from a station. They should be compensating up to $300 stolen items or firing staff. We needed to move transit, otherwise I would have reported to the police.

Amazing Nothing
-
Great location, helpful staff.
-
The location is awesome - central with a trendy mall/center for shopping, street sports and community activities right across the road - fun to watch and explore in the evening and weekends. The hotel staff is genuinely helpful and very pleasant. Anything they can help you with, they will, expeditiously and politely. The room was small but designed thoughtfully. Room and common areas clean and maintained thoroughly.

Staff very friendly and helpful rooms very clean The listing on booking .com probably needs updating . It says small double room has two double beds but there is only one something lost in translation?

Very good concept

Decent location.
-
Easy location, relatively central to Beijing. Near by a large shopping complex for restaurants etc, and over the road from a skate park / elevated basketball court. Super cool. N/A

Staff don’t know to speak English at all! They don’t know how to explain their-self… it made the stay more difficult.
