Breakfast had a good selection for a variety of palates. On one day the cook didn't show up and the other staff didn't know what to do, but the front desk deducted that meal from our bill. We only had one dinner there.....a little spicey for me. The front people were extremely helpful. Especially Angel. She helped us very much getting settled, booking our tours, and even booking the high speed train for us to go to Dalian. Without her we would have struggled. I caught a cold right away.......not your fault!

Great hotel No American Express or other cards accepted. We had to pay cash and the staff initially told us it was a problem related to our cards only to admit at the end that it was their problem.

We are really appreciative of the help from front desk. He is friendly and very patient with us. We couldn't figure out how to order food (we arrived after midnight) via China apps and was not able to even make payment. The staff helped us to place orders and even helped us topped up our e-wallet. The room is very comfortable. We had connecting rooms and were facing the little pond. The view was especially excellent in the morning! I'll be come back again. Only a small cafe available in the hotel. But it didn't bother us.

The room is comfortable, 3 can/bottle drinks provided in the fridge is FOC and will replenish daily. Staff are helpful and friendly. Whenever requests, they will react fast, and will send the robot to deliver the requirements. The breakfast serving is not alot but price is reasonable. There's a hotpot restaurant in the hotel, food are delicious and price is reasonable too. The images shown are exactly like the room. Front desk's staff is very helpful, as most of the advance booking, no matter is restaurant, entry tickets to all tourist attractions required a local mobile number, hotel staff have helped us to settle most of the advance booking using their mobile number. The location is not so great actually cos there's no nearby convenient store or eatery, supermarket and subway station, there's a restaurant and a small supermarket that need a 20mins walk to reach. but luckily the taxi/didi car fare is reasonable, thus we travel out by cab. The bedroom's light is not bright enough, toilet's door was faulty, thus there's gap can see thru at the joint of the 2 sliding doors. The high chairs at the kitchen dining area is uncomfortable. This means design looks great but not practical. Additional point, nothing related to the hotel, do remember to bring along some cash, as some of the shops or restaurants don't accept Alipay/Wechatpay/credit card, then you may use cash to settle the bill.
