I stayed here during a robotics competition in Beijing, and the staff turned a hotel stay into one of the best parts of my trip. They helped me order food every day and translated for me without me ever having to ask twice. They pointed me to the best places to visit and showed me the cheapest ways to get food and drinks — small things that make a huge difference when you're in a country for the first time. When I came back with my medal, they celebrated with me like they'd been part of the team. They even shared a Gatorade with me, and one of them gave me a Batman figure as a gift — I still have it. Special thanks to Solid at the front desk, I genuinely won't forget him. The view from the room was beautiful too, and everything was clean and comfortable. But it's the people here who make this place worth booking

Great service! Friendly staff! We ordered room service and the food was excellent! So convenient when you feel so tired to eat out. House keeper was very considerable she brought my husband a mouse mat when she saw him using his laptop. I would love it located near subway stations or have a better public transportation. However for us who were just short stayers, it was okay. The customers service department is very friendly and helpful to book a taxi or Didi based on our needs. I would love the facilities to be upgraded a bit to catch up with the modern technology such as better toilets, curtains, and lighting systems. Yet we enjoy our stay, everything works perfectly fine for us.
