Room service was amazing, as well as the location being very close to the shopping malls and overall just a very comfortable room. The only critique I’d give was that the lobby was a little loud at times but it was still amazing.

eveything was amazing , I love it and enjoy it everyday , not the same and it was very different type of food and different culture included . This is a beautiful hotel in a great location with incredibly helpful staff. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities. The hotel is walking distance to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Wangfujing Walking Street. Concierge Scott, in particular, went above and beyond for us.

They didn't incorporate much Chinese motifs into the decor which some other hotels I stayed at did & I liked it. The restaurant Made In China was good but I think a bit overrated & overpriced

The location is excellent, close to Wangfujing Ave., and the Oriental Plaza is just downstairs. The room is very big and spacious with power and charging points around the room. The king size bed is super comfortable, providing a good night sleep. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. For our last night, they even upgraded us to a suite. How good! Only thing we didn't have much time to enjoy it! The buffet breakfast has a very good spread and also caters to our diet need. Very sumptuous breakfast. The hotel staff are excellent. From reception to concierge and housekeeping, the are really efficient, very helpful and very friendly. They provided a small cake for my wife's birthday on the 3rd day of our stay. How Nice! Nothing at all

The location is just perfect. It’s adjacent to the mall and such a close proximity to the wangfujing street. It’s also so close to famous eat streets and east gate of the palace museum. Food is amazing, facilities are amazing. Especially the pool and spa! But what stood out the most is the staff. Each and every one of them are such lovely attentive and genuinely caring. I want to give a mention to anna she went above and beyond from assisting us in bookings and the get go around beijing. She made put trip so much easier. I also want to mention the front desk gentlemen who assisted me in my deliveries and the very nice trainee who assisted us until we get to our didi to airport. Definitely will suggest to friends and family to stay in hyatt and this is not our last time to go back and stay here. Its so massive we wish we stayed longer.

Very poor service in room . No replacement of water or cups which is standard housekeeping practice . Also needed two reminders and a threat of complaint . I am a hyatt member Number 559452502D so quite disappointed

The front desk staff especially one Vicki stood out for truly understanding the meaning of providing service with a smile. I misplaced my credit card and the team went to some length to assist, going through camera footage etc. She also spoke perfect English though it was not necessary on this occasion. The buffet breakfast was excellent and certainly measured up to some of the finer establishments around the world. While it certainly doesn't amount to a dislike, I felt the barista service could have been more consistent. Someone was not always available even during the designated breakfast period and I had to make a self help coffee on a couple of occasions.

We had a very pleasant stay overall and truly enjoyed the hotel’s facilities. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were excellent and met our expectations. Regarding breakfast, while the selection and quality were good, we believe that for a five-star hotel, offering freshly squeezed juices instead of ready-made options would further enhance the experience. We would also like to extend our special thanks to Cecilia for her kind assistance and for making our stay even more comfortable. Juices as i mentioned above.
