I was happy with everything about this hotel, except for the fact that they charged

The bed was amazing! Slept so good!

But if you show up at 8:45am for breakfast (was told it was served until 9am) and items are gone at the breakfast bar, then you are out of luck. The kitchen staff will not refill for the last 15 minutes no matter how many guests are standing there with empty plates before 9 asking nicely but disappointed and hungry. No more eggs, bagels, toast, pastries too bad :-( They close up too early, so it is a lie that breakfast is served until 9 M-F. It clearly is not. The other reason I took off 1 star was that the same morning, we went back to our room only to find maid service busy cleaning the room in spite of the “PRIVACY PLEASE” SIGN STILL HANGING ON THE DOOR KNOB. I was confused and shocked by this and even took a picture. What does the sign really mean? No Privacy? My husband didn’t care and had to use the bathroom anyway and the guy just kept cleaning with us in the room and the Privacy Please sign still there. Am glad I’d not left out my electronics before going to breakfast because I almost did, thinking the Privacy Please sign would protect them. Ha. I’m now wiser if not more jaded. Please train your staff better, and be honest about breakfast times. Thank you. Would I stay again? Maybe, not sure.

Great location, quiet place and good breakfast options.

Having had troubles with Expedia hotel booking, the front desk manager of the hotel, Jennifer, patiently assisted us in correcting the issue. Neither the hotel or ourselves were at fault. Our trip was about Life celebration of my aunt and a family reunion - so she made it possible to concentrate on that purpose and not worry about the booking issue. Bravo to her professionalism, friendly face, caring and understanding! Thank you again Jennifer!

Exceptional

Delicious breakfast with many options ranging from diy tacos, yogurt, overnight oats and chia, Belgian waffles, cereal, etc. comfortable bed, space enough for our family.

Everything was good. Friendly front desk.

Pleasant

Charged for parking when didn't have a car, called twice to fix and still isn't. Room not ready at 3pm

Our check-in was quick and efficient, and as Hilton Honors members we were provided with some free bottles of water and snacks. The breakfast was the usual mix of hot and cold items. Our room was clean as was the bathroom.

The bedding had hair - the shower/tub had hair - the tissue box had only a few tissues -and the conditioner bottle was empty; also the microwave had dried food crumbs inside.

The hotel looks renovated from the outside, but needs huge improvement in the rooms.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the breakfast had good selection of food and the staff were helpful when asked.

I keep coming back to stay!

The breakfast was good, with decent options. The staff was polite, The outside area with courtyard is very cute, and the little kitchenette in the room is very convenient to have! The area was nice, convenient to highway and parking was easy. I was there 5 days and room was not refreshed with towels or freshened up as it states is their policy to do so e/o day. There were cobwebs and dust on a lot of the furniture & vents in room, I am very very picky with cleanliness so I would say the high touch areas were clean, but details were not paid attention to, and carpet was dirty looking. I know this is not necessarily the hotels fault, but there was gigantic spider that came out of a hole near the shower on the floor in the bathroom on our last night, it was terrifying!

breakfast was standard.. egg omlet over cooked but overall we liked.. location and parking were great .. wasn't noisy from other guests ice machine in room was turned off with no ice in container when arrived had to go to the kitchen in the meantime for my ice, outside garbage cans overflowing onto the ground.. tub very narrow and sloped so difficult to stand in while showering.. had better bed at Vistana hotels.. garbage from previous guests still in our room.. needs some repair work on the structure inside of the room, looks like a simple face lift put over an outdated room

Our first room: you can hear EVERYTHING as the walls are so thin and our neighbors above, next to and across from us were loud. No fault of the hotel other than the thin walls. When we pulled back the comforter to get into bed after a long day, there was a carrot amount of hair on the sheets - gross. The next morning we asked to move to a room on the top floor and we're told they were booked but later in the day they actually called and had a last minute room for us which was amazing! Our 2nd room was not clean either though. Hair in the bathtub, bathroom floor and on a towel - again gross. It was so much quieter than our first room or so we thought.
