This place is in a terrible neighborhood I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here drug addicts on the property harassing people people fighting in the hallway in the middle of the night very unsafe and terrible service

The first room they gave us had roaches on the floor. The room smelled, the a/c was not cooling. The second room was much better.

Everything about that place was TRASH. The room smelled like mold to where everyone was coughing, they moved us to a different moldy room and refused to give a discount or refund. There was also dead roaches on the floor and spiders in their webs next to one bed. I would CONDEMN this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person.

It's a dump. Asked for a refund because of the location and condition of the hotel. Refund refused and I was charged $52. Not happy! Won't use Booking.com again. The area, poor part of town. Run down with drug addicts walking around.

La tina del baño , no tenía cortina y la puerta del cuarto no cerraba se podía abrir la puerta sin necesidad de usar la llave.el cuarto olía muy mal y fui a recepción como 3 veces para que me pusieran la cortina y nunca la pusieron.

Usually they are good and on they’re toes and clean Last two times I stayed thy up my room price bc they didn’t have what I reserved. My room the fist night was dirty and not cleaned I slept on someone else’s dirty covers. And I had 303 the gurl was talkin otp screaming instead of doing her job

Scary place. Twice they gave me a key and sent me to a room that already had someone else staying in it. My key opened the door and there was a woman in there, terrified that someone else was entering her room. On the third room they sent me to, the door handle broke and fell on the floor as soon as I opened the door. I barricaded my door with furniture while I slept. 0/10 do not recommend.
