Very pleasant trip

Very clean and stylish hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable and clean. Desk staff were very helpful and professional.

I like how clean the whole building is. When you walk in you smell the freshness. It would been nice if it was a micro wave on the floor I was on since it wasn't on in the room.

The layout of the roo. Was odd but nice..lol...I hate being below a family above me with small children..noisy

Everyone was friendly (staff and other guests) and hotel was clean. I was traveling solo and the area and friendliness of the staff was great. Literally only issue at all was the room has a mildew/mold smell and I could tell it was coming from the a/c unit. The air coming out of it made the smell worse. I think if I could’ve aired the room out a bit it would’ve been better but it wasn’t that big of an issue. I was only staying one night.

Room smelled like Medew and the A/C didn’t work properly

First off, we got there early. I would like to say that the initial person we had concert before check-in was nice. We appreciated her. We checked our luggage and went to get lunch when we came back. The check-in line was down the hall. There was two girls at the front however only one of them was working. We got checked into a room which was a one king bed suite not two queen beds that we booked. When we got down to the room, there was hair and stains all over the bed. There was dirty clothes. The room had clearly not been changed or cleaned. We go back up to the front and have to wait another 30 minutes for help and finally get a somewhat clean room that I actually booked with the two queen beds the woman who gave us our keys had a bad attitude. And was unprofessional in my opinion. your room smell extremely musty. The bar was supposed to open up at five however, at five. The bartender was nowhere to be found. We had planned to have a drink before the concert we came into town for, however that wasn’t possible overall I would never stay here again for Marriott. I was very disappointed with this day. Also, the deposit was supposed to be 75. They charged my card an extra hundred dollars. Very inconvenient horrible location.

Everyone was kind and the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay at this hotel! Staff was helpful and friendly. Room and common areas were very clean. The fitness center was the nicest hotel gym I've ever seen. We would stay at this property again as well as seek out the Aloft brand hotels for future travels based on this experience.

The microwave in the lobby was nasty !!

Great property

Clean, modern room in a convenient location. Our room was on the ground floor with cars parked directly outside. It wasn't loud but we would have liked to be able to open the curtains!

Per night rate was a good value The staff were extremely positive and competent Breakfast food was tasty Room was well designed and comfortable It’s obviously a busy and popular hotel and I felt like the elevator area / foyer on the first floor needed some attention-a vacuum and new flooring No PBS TV

The room was not clean and we found roach in our room the first night there they had to move us to another room Nothing but the bed
