the location is strategic as there is various shop at the ground floor - C u, DIY, couple restaurant the iron is aoutside and need to share with everyone

No parking by the Hotel. Need to pay parking RM26 for 1night. Air-conditioning not good, wall paint is peeling..the only good thing for this hotel is the toilet.

The design of the hotel is compact yet comfortable and they provide enough amenities. I would suggest they could give 2 room keys so that if we are stay with our friend of family, both of us can access to the room. Futhermore, if the hotel provides some small cooler for drinks that would be awesome!

At night I asked that tamil guy on night shift to bring water afterall he was just playing on his phone. He said okay but didn't bring water.

Location near setia spice convention centre The hotel receptionist took our deposit money during check out (rm 50) due to my husband accidentally loss 1 of the access card. I think the amount is inappropriate. Toilet floor not very clean and also noted staining noted inside toilet bowl.There is no free parking, you need to pay for the parking for full day of your stay.
