Thank you so much to the front office staff, really helpfull. The rooms so beuatifull and clean. I ask for lower ground because have babies, they give me accordingly with my request.. love even more this hotel..

I requested to stay on the ground floor since I had leg pain..I got the family room which was kind of cramp since it has double decker with ladder .difficult to perform prayers since not enough space otherwise..the rest were acceptable.the room was clean

Location across aeroline bus stop and mall. And queensbay. Wet bathroom was flooded. plugged drain. Air con water condensing inside. Dripped on bed. No local TV channels. Just youtube.

Very close to Queensbay mall with many shops surrounding it.

The room was comfy and strategic location. Need to put in access card to iron. Hence the room was left with no electricity. Maybe can provide 2 cards, one for the room and one for other uses.

Payment method of parking fee only accept bank card & cash , and the cash only can use when the management staff on duty.

Booked 2 family rooms and 1 large twin room, only 1 family room is a renovated, the other 2 is very run down - broken sink, falling apart wc door, broken shower, etc

The rooms are small but clean and modern. At my check in the front desk receptionist was polite and helpful. The overnight front desk staff played a football match at full volume periodically shouting and talking loudly all night.

the sound proof is not good. i am being disturb by other customers from the aisle and upstairs. the sound from outside can be clearly heard in the room.
