Always a great stay

Everything was great

Like sleeping on floor Housekeeping did not check on us and did not bring towels for second day No help with valet when checking out And front desk and security did not offer any assistance just to go outside and wait for a cart on my own By the way we are 70 Problems at restaurant with register Not happy with hotel at all

I must say I was a little bit hesitant about staying. I don't gamble. But by far the room was excellent. it was remodeled. The lazy river was a hit for me.

Fantastic stay

The property is older but clean. The staff was very nice! Will return!

there was no fridge or microwave in my room. i was there on a long stay and had no way to store food.

The room had a torn bed skirt, very dirty rug floor you could see all the dirty large and small spots on the floor, could not walk on the rug cause it felt wet, sink was slow to drain, coffee machine didn't work. At least we had a view of the water, and most of the employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel outside was very attractive but inside was not. Concert was great, I have another reservation but at this time I may cancel.

Carpets are stained and has carpet pilled up in middle. Trip hazard. Years of dust on lamp. TV kept loosing reception. Outside very few tables and chairs around lazy river. People are hawking for spot when someone leaves. Terrible.

We were extremely disappointed in the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were not told that we had to call in advance if we wanted out room cleaned. I have never heard of a hotel not cleaning the room, putting clean towels, & emptying garbage cans, only if they are asked to do this. The smell of smoke in the downstairs lobby was terrible. The staff were rude and not very helpful. I asked for a printed bill & was told their printer was broken. The hallways were dirty and not vacuumed regularly. We will never stay here again. It looked like they were renovating the elevators, but the rooms & hallways need it the most!

It wasn’t the greatest room that was very hard. There were no chairs to sit in while we were over there for two nights and only asleep. The lazy river was fantastic. My day was great.

I’d opt to stay at another property!

We both loved the lazy river and also the non smoking casino floor. My daughter and I had a wonderful time

I will recommend Hollywood Casino hotel to anyone. The staff was good. The room was clean. The whole Hotel was very clean. so if anyone wanna to get a hotel on the coast, I would recommend them to go to Hollywood Casino.

Room was clean. No chairs to sit on just one office chair.

Had a lazy river with a swim up bar…the bartender was very rude and not very helpful

Check in was slow and could use more staff.

Our room was supposed to be ready at 4pm but wasn’t ready until 6pm. The front desk was nice enough to comp our meal at the restaurant but the service was horrible we waited an hour for our food to be cold and my steam was as under cooked. When we asked for our steak to be cooked correctly they took it back with the side of fries on the plate but returned it with no side of fries. When we were able to check in so we could let our daughters swim in the pool we couldn’t because a fight broke out and they told us we could use the lazy river which was supposed to close at 8 but they decided to close that early and we only had 30 min in the pool. After a long drive from TX we were excited to stay but wished we would have kept driving.

Ok not enough dinning options for Monday Tuesday Wednesday very poor coffee
