Incredible rooms for the price! Friendly staff. Cleanliness is awesome. Safety is great cameras everywhere. Definitely worth the price for the upgraded rooms. Exceeded expectations.

The staff was nice enough to let us look at the room before we checked in. That saved us hundreds of dollars. The location was sketchy. There was a strong odor as soon as you walked in. The room was horrible, stains on the walls, stains and holes in the furniture, the bed was low to the ground. This room was so filthy I couldn’t even imagine sitting in the edge of the furniture.

I liked the kitchenette and living room. I had to stay there for a few weeks before getting an apartment. It was convenient for my job and other places. Nothing bad to say.

Wonderful location….pretty much convenient going North,South,East or West. Walking distance is close to practically anything you may want or need. Did not really like the BIG inconvenience with no night staff after 7 PM. Super inconvenient.

The beds are comfortable. The workers at the front desk have a very nasty attitude and they have roaches and they talk to you like a dog and the outside of the hotel have mold on it.And the workers hollering at me.And the have bugs.

The price w/ having a full mini kitchen WiFi was never able to be use but charged $2 a day for it. There needs to be a way to ensure use or provide refund. Also maintenance guy overly involved in things not relevant to him within the stay.

Is old an need a lot of maintenance in walls and bathroom include furniture

What the picture shows on the website is false advertisement! This place was roach infested! Looks nothing as portrayed on the Intown Suites website. None of the light fixtures worked in the room. The electrical sockets did not work and we broken. The smoke detector was a constant beep 24hrs. There was cockroaches crawling out of the electrical sockets, from refrigerator, and they were everywhere. Woke up to cockroaches crawling all over us. Microwaves did not work. We had 2 Microwaves in the room and they both did not work. The floors were flithy including the bathroom tube. There was dead bugs scrapings all over the wall with their entrails plastered and you can see their legs. We submitted a formal complaint on the website as instructed by the hotel staff. We sent pictures as request and we have yet to hear from them or refund us back our money. We check in on a Saturday and we checked out the next day. Had to find alternative means of accommodations. They hotel staff and maintenance personnel said, "You get what you paid for. They smile laughed and said not their problem!" We told them we did not paid for this infestation, so how is that not their problem. They simply looked at us and said next customer. I MEAN HOW REALLYYYYY! THIS WAS THE WORST AND MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE EVER! WE CALLED TO COMPLAINT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER AND ALL WE GET IS THE RUN AROUNDS TO CALL BACK OR RESUBMIT THE COMPLAINT FORM. WHICH KEEP IN MIND WE DONE ALREADY MULTIPLE TIMES. THIS HAS BEEN AN EXHAUSTING ORDEAL WHICH HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED NOR A REFUND.

I didn't get a refund for days I didn't stay. They said they don't do refunds.

Price Roaches everywhere and never in the 2 weeks staying there did housekeeping come change the sheets or anything would have went somewhere else if I had the cash on hand

There was no breakfast, never. I liked it was near many shopping, food, and interstate locations. The room wasnt clean when we arrived and the air conditioner kept leaking the entire 2 weeks we were there, the stove didn't get hot, there was so many roach bugs, drug using on the stairs ways, didn't provide any sheets or pillows, loud music in the middle of night.

The front desk lady threatened to beat me up then she followed me outside and screamed in my face and called me all kinds of names and she punched me in the neck. The maintenance man witnessed it but the manager denies everything I didn't like being punched
