Staff was great especially Berli. Who always never fails to smile at every customer.she is very friendly, talks politely. She is very kind to my kids. Her smile always makes my day. Everytime i go for my breakfast at the smoking corner, i only see her taking the initiative of clearing the plates and cups.Thank you berli. Breakfast was not bad. I love the fresh nasi/mee goreng. Selection is there. But for some reason i just feel it is lacking of something. But none the less. It was good.

Room was spacious and clean. comfortable bed, nice staff and plenty of choices for breakfast. I definitely will be back to this hotel. They also took the iniative to sent cute christmas cake to all room. No iron in the room, you have to request for it. The bathroom was weird but later I was told it ws by mistake as the room was supposed to be for disable/ old tenants

First time staying at this hotel. There is a nice chill out bar/cafe at the lobby and my kids love the pool table. The breakfast spread is good, and the security is tight. They have convenience store just opposite the road and behind the hotel as well. Quite convenience. The main road is always busy with cars, regardless morning or evening. To cross the road to the convenience store, requires some guts. the security is tight, thus my i have to come all the way out to the hotel security entrance to pick up my grab food delivery.

Very nice staff. Good bar area. Swimming pool was nice. Bed comfortable . Difficult to walk safely out hotel as there are no sidewalks/ paths.

All hotel staffs were very polite, welcoming, helpful, friendly, prompt. We also received Complimentary free transportation service back and fro from Habour Bay Ferry Terminal to AP Premier Batam. about 10 mins travel or lesser depending on traffic to reach hotel from Habour bay ferry terminal. We book a Deluxe King Room. Amenities given in the bathroom with bathtub, small fridge, electric kettle. Make-up room service everyday. Breakfast was satisfactory. Overall we had a good time for a short get away trip. I think that some materials/things in the room should be refurbish/replaced.

Staffs are polite The room is quite run down. The tooth brush quality is not so good. Bath room didn't provide any hooks. Noisy in the night as there is some kind of compressor running.

It was a great location and their room service was delicious The shower water is brown in colour for the first few mins before it turns clean. Which did not look clean.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, esoecially the driver ( Ridwan). The breakfast is good, the fried noodles/rice are delicious. Free transfer service from the harbourbay to the hotel and from the hotel to the harbourbay. In addition, free drop-off services are provided from the hotel to nearby shopping malls.
