Perfect location in the center of Barolo. Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff and large breakfast. Lovely wineshop in the basement of the hotel Plenty of stairs

The property is in the heart of the delightful village of Barolo, surrounded by wine bars, restaurants, shops, etc. The room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe (bar), which turned out to be a gathering spot for locals. We arrived very late due to a rail strike -- but the owners accommodated us. We found a hike through the vineyards nearby. Truly a lovely place to stay in the beautiful Piedmont! We had a little initial difficulty in communicating around our late arrival but it was resolved. Perhaps more information could be provided to visitors on nearby places, but not necessary.

Giovanni and his family were excellent and helpful hosts, including owning the wine tasting on the entry level and the great restaurant on the ground level. The view is amazing, we were right in the heart of town, and the refurbished apartments are truly delightful - well done! Really glad you had air conditioning as it was hot hot hot! All was excellent

Interacting with our host, Mr. Germano was at the top of our list! Location another. It could have been free! Tee Tee! Just kidding....it was great!

Beautiful room; great location--quiet but walkable to restaurants and shops. Free public parking lot nearby. Breakfast options were great. Be aware that there is only a glass door to the bathroom and it doesn't shut completely. Also, access to the room was down a few flights of stairs and then up some, so those with mobility issues will have difficulty with access. Check-in must be completed by 7 p.m. or earlier--no options for late checkout.

Nice room, friendly reception . Noisy: shower and voices of neighbors can clearly be heard; breakfast is a little bit disappointing: starts too late, not so friendly staff.

Location was amazing, overlooking a piazza in Barolo. The room was large and spacious, even the shower was large (which is unusual for many places in Italy). VERY clean and tidy and the room amenities were great. BreaKfast was top-notch. Our hosts, Angelo and Danielle were amazingly gracious and helpful. Exceptional, all around.

Beautiful location with gorgeous views out the windows. We stayed in the green room. Davide was so friendly and helpful. Would love to go back again. His Nebbiolo wine was also excellent Nothing.

Our room had a balcony with a view of the square, we spent a relaxing few hours reading and people-watching there

A lovely place, in a great location. The rooms were spotless and very nicely decorated. Breakfast was simple and delicious. This place feels like a real find and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay.
