The breakfast was amazing!!! The amenities are excellent The room and the bed are not to comfortable

Room size was awesome. The bed was very comfortable. Grounds around hotel were beautiful. Easy walk into the old town. Shower recess was very slippery and probably could do with more pool lounges on busy days

Pool (... but not sufficient sun beds for all guests) Parking lot. Location a bit too far by foot from the city centre (and the old city centre). Easy reachable by car (and sufficient public parkings at very reasonable cost in Bari)

Awesome location, pool and garden. Clean rooms, nice staff. We requested 2 months in advance to have separate beds in both rooms and got confirmation, however, when we arrived we got only one bed in the room. The breakfast buffet is really no value for money, at 18€ per person, the selection is marginal.. you get a 10 euro breakfast in return

The reception staff were friendly booked taxis helped with bus information . The pool was lovely room was good size. Beds made up daily beautifully. On arrival nice to have some bottles of water. 4 star service needs a bit of tweaking and the ratings would improve hugely. Such as explaining breakfast service such as guests can ask for orange juice rather than machine. To offer filter coffee. Having a print out breakfast menu and bar menu.everything is so app based. So many people raise about the paper cups in room. This could easily be changed. If glass too dangerous some nice plastic ones Writing a welcome handwritten note to all guests at start of stay. And on check out ask if had a good time.

Basically this was totally disappointing from the check in to check out. Food was not good and the “Deluxe Rooms”we booked were ‘more basic’ than a simple 3 star property. Breakfast was not a big selection however the staff were amazing. Shower were either hot or cold, and although we booked two rooms that were adjoining they were far from it. As above.

The staff at this hotel is the most professional I have encountered in all of my travels. From the first point of contact to finding train routes, calling taxis, and getting directions to shops, grocery stores, etc., they exceeded any expectation I may have. I was there to visit where my grandfather was born. Thank you for making my stay memorable, especially Irene. Thank you to Maurizio, Francesco, and the gentleman who worked the night shift. Your professionalism was greatly appreciated. nothing

the elevator was good, the staff at the reception was okay*. quit and clean place The breakfast coffee machine was running out of stuff fast. *The receptionist did not need to get confirmation out loud that the twin room need to have two separate bed bc. of adult siblings. The bar did not have Cola Zero on stock. The room had only paper cups and no glasses had to go to the bar to ask for it.

I enjoyed breakfast and although good value for money , I think a hot breakfast option could be included Nothing
