Some small remarks: the toilet seat seemed too small, there’s were almost no good quality cooking materials in the kitchen and a bit inconvenient that some cupboards were locked.

It was a simple but good room, nothing extraordinary but for one night was all right. Single bed, aircon heating, small balcony, small tv and table. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom was all right. Location is a bit off from the center, old town is min 20 mins walk. The room is very simple, some decoration wouldn't be bad.

I had a short but perfect stay, Elfio is a kind person, the flat was clean and quiet, and very good equipped. I even found a hairdryer, a mirror, heater, balcony, shampoo, good equipment in the kitchen, even more than i expected. All was perfect!

Elfio is a supreme host. I even got locked out of the BeB quite late at night, and within seconds of me contacting him- he was on it. The breakfast is great, and with there being only two rooms, there is not much foot traffic at all.

The owner of this apartments is very nice and friendly person. Elfio always did his best for my comfort during the trip. And breakfasts were delicious. Thank you so much❤️

Elfio is an excellent host. He went out of his way to meet me after my evening arrival and provided an amazing amount of information to guide me round Bari. I followed his suggested walks and greatly enjoyed them. The property is very clean and comfortable. Elfio has also added many nice touches, such as codes for doors and a night light that comes on automatically when you exit your room. The kitchen is well equipped for coffee, tea and basic cooking or heating. Each room has a private bathroom which is very nice, with a good hot shower and additional hand shower. Recommended! for anyone other than those with limited mobility, who may struggle with the stairs and the walk across the railway bridge to the Old Town. My thanks to Elfio for his hospitality. The only oddity is that it that your bathroom is separate from your room itself, so you must cross through the kitchen to reach it. Be sure to save your own blushes and those of other guests!

Elfio runs a great place, great location, great price, and great amenities. He also let us check in early, would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and responsive host. Room was very clean. Location quite good. Would definitely come back. Host had information about pretty much everything you want and need to know. Places to visit, to eat, transportation etc.

Very nice apartment well kept and extremely clean. The arrival was very easy with the instructions and the host was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing!! The bed is comfortable and shower works well (sounds like a stupid thing to mention but in Italy it’s not often like this!!) For me the location was perfect as I drove to Bari and needed to be outside the center. Although it is close to old town (20mn walk) maybe for some people who like to be at the center it might feel far. Make sure you check the map, for me it was perfect!

Owner was very kind and let us check in 3 hours early. He/she was also very helpful with everything we needed. Place itself was clean, cosy. Would recommend to anyone.

Ok for a short stay. We really only went to the apartment to sleep, so we directly looked for cheap and well-located accommodation. The location of the apartment is quite central, so all sights and the train station can be reached within a short time and on foot. Unfortunately, based on the description and the uploaded pictures of the room, it is not clear that the bathroom belonging to the room does not open directly from the room! To reach your own bathroom, you have to go through the shared kitchen and hallway! There is no information about the people living in the other room, whether they are there at all, or when they will come. We were surprised in the middle of the night by two girls who could barely get in, and loudly kicked and pulled at the front door. We had no idea whether actual guests are coming or a burglar wanted to enter the apartment. The room is very noisy anyway, you can hear everything from the other room, from the stairway and from the street. There is a pub at the bottom of the adjacent building, there is constant shouting and traffic on the street at night, you cannot open the window. I was also disappointed with the condition of the room, not nearly as clean and tidy as in the pictures. The bathroom is not ventilated, the ceiling is moldy. Most of the kitchen cupboards and equipment are closed, eventhough this is not what you see in the pictures.

The BnB was extremely clean...especially the bathroom, which I am quite particular about. It is close to the central tranl station thus easy to walk there. It's also close to most attractions like the old town. Elfio the host was AMAZING. He was very, very warm and helpful. He made the stay quite a delight. Was always available on phone for any information required. On the checkout day, I was unable to get a cab and he organised transport to my destination, which was very kind of him. The WiFi works very welk too. I would definitely choose this BnB again. Loved it. Nothing.

Very good location, it had everything we needed for our one night stay in Bari and Elfio, the host was very friendly. He gave us some tips that helped us a lot. Everything was as we expected.

Elfio's description is right on. The shared kitchen area, our room and our bathroom were unassuming, but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, room a good size, plenty of closet space and a drying rack which we took advantage of. The balcony was a great place for drying our clothes, which we washed in the sink. The neighborhood is safe, the bus stop to town minutes away (turn left outside the building, take the next right and halfway down the street on the opposite side you can catch Bus #10 close to the Historic District). AC worked well, wifi was good, we were fortunate to find a parking spot on the street so we never moved the car and took public transportation everywhere. Walking around the neighborhood is safe and we very much felt we were getting a local experience. Elfio is a super host, and his attention to detail is exceptional. He does what he can to make his feel welcome and cared for. There is a wealth of information he has compiled and made available, it came in so handy when we were planning our stops between Bari and Lecce. I can't speak about breakfast, we didn't choose that option. We enjoyed our stay. Ha! Ha! The stairs, only an issue when trying to get luggage to the room. The AC blowing over the bed.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, the clean room and clean bathroom. The fact that there is airconditioning within our room is life saving! The little fridge within our room also comes in handy because you can cool down some bottle of waters for the whole day. I did not have anything special that I did not like about the property.

Elfio is an exelente host. The breakfast was a tour of barese treats and his tips were perfect.

The host is very friendly and check-in was quite flexible. After we booked the place, we received detailed instructions of how to arrive and how much each transport option would cost us. The host also has his own printed guide where you'll find attractions, travel tips and restaurant suggestions.We also had a place to store our bags when we checked out.
