The room has a great layout and the finishes are outstanding. It’s wonderfully designed and it’s very high tech (the digital wall panels to control the lights etc). The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and of great quality. Also, the fact that there was a balcony was a huge plus. We loved it. Furthermore, the spa facilities in the basement cellar (hydro pool, sauna, relaxation lounge) were spectacular and so needed after our long day trip to Italy. Last, but not least, the staff (front desk, breakfast cafe, evening bar) was very polite, helpful and positive, always smiling. We really appreciate that. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. Everything was great.

I loved everything about this place. From the design to the decoration to the owner/operators to the customer service…. They are remarkable owner/operators and it was my absolute pleasure to visit this property. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time. Nothing could have been better other than staying longer.

It was a very nice hotel with good facilities as a whole. Some staff members at Check-In and restaurants were extremely helpful and friendly (but some not). We went there in early October. The outside temperature was cool but the room was quite hot. The air-con did not work. Some of the staff made us feel that we were bothering them.

Location We were only there for one day. Thought property was overpriced.

The front desk was very welcoming and helpful, except for the manager who was not at all. The view from our room with bistro table and chairs was most enjoyable, we really enjoyed such an authentic experience watching the real life of our neighbors, laundry and all. The floor-length uniforms of front desk staff were hideous, the staff themselves were very professional but the odd costumes were the talk of every breakfast because they should wear something more Italian fashion and still professional.

Quiet, modern boutique hotel that was perfect for a weekend getaway to explore Bari. Just a 10 minute walk from the historical centre and therefore far enough to avoid the tourist crowds. Modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast had a great savoury and sweet selection, with homemade breads, cakes and even yogurt. The staff were efficient, responsive and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay! The room service was quite slow and they could’ve informed us of the long wait beforehand. Everything else was great.

Very nice room, clean and large. Nothing. The property was great. The only problem we had was that the front desk person told us that the breakfast was included in our stay at check-in and then charged us for it when we left. We were quite shocked and this wasn’t good.

The suite was large, plenty of room, clean and tidy with a large fridge. Bathroom was great with a very tall heated towel rail and double sinks. Large rain shower was good. Quiet at night, and good location for Bari city. Staff were great and very helpful. Nothing to dislike.

Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was wonderful, freshly squeezed orange juice and a great spread of salty and sweet!

Firstly, great communication before we even arrived as we were arriving late. The room was really well considered with a generous bathroom, a beautiful floor and very comfortable bed. We went downstairs late for a late snack and the staff were so lovely and accomodating. The breakfast was a standout with everything home baked and handmade in house by a lovely woman. We were only sad we had one night.
