Gatto Bianco Duchessa

Only the location. Most important: The maid left the door open to our room. When we came to the accommodation after a full day spent in town we found our door open. We were lucky no one stole anything. It was very unsafe. Very poor cleaning. We had a shoe mark on one of the pillows. They did not change the bed sheets in 4 days. They just turned the pillows the other way. They did not clean the floors properly. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were a lot of mosquitoes and they had no mosquito repellent refill in their device, so it was useless. We had to buy ourselves. Weak shower jet. The soap and shower gel were of poor quality. No bubbles. The view was ugly.

Easy instructions and communication to access unit. Clean, comfortable. Coffee, tea and water nice extras. Excellent location midway between train station and Bari Old City. Outstanding breakfast. Excellent bathroom. Nothing.

BIG ROOM WELL SITED. It is not a hotel, its a Room with a number lock, no reception and breakfast served at a cafe down the road. so arrive earl you cannot leave your suitcases. Had to upload passport from he street to get access to property.

The bed was very confortable and the room with good taste. Very good climate system always cold and cozy. The shower from above had a lot of visible mold so we used only the shower head and the floor was dusty.

Location very good, close to everything… Mattresses on the twin beds were really bad, our sink was clogged. They offered to fix it in the morning of our check out date do we passed to avoid early wake up…

Location is pretty good, between the train station and the city center. It was acceptable for 2 nights. Breakfast was really good. It was not very clean, at least, i have a different idea of what cleanliness is. The picture is misleading, it looks much more worn out. There was only one large blanket for 2 adults, i didn't liked that.

Glitchy app-based check in/access, not at all for for purpose,therefore difficult to initially access the apartment, staff really not help at all despite multiple attempts to contact and ask for help. temperamental Wi-Fi on site throughout the multi day stay

Exceptional

We arrived late at night and had to download an Ap to check in.. time consuming. The room wasn’t very clean, sticky floor, dirty curtains and we had no towels. As if to confirm this, we had a single, sad looking red rose on the desk in a dusty vase, it had clearly been there for ages and was completely shrivelled up! Our towels didn’t get delivered in the morning as promised so we had to air dry after our shower. Breakfast was not too bad and the coffee was good . Above

Great, specious room, close to the Old Town. Very comfy bed, nice linen. Huge bathroom, but shower could be bigger, this bathroom has a great potential, there is a TV though ;) Nice breakfast included. Extremely slow lift, take stairs instead ;) Not a great view from the window on the back courtyard.

the balcony of the room Breakfast was served opposite the hotel. Very basic service slow coffee luke warm over priced. complication in checking in no staff around to ask for assistance shower often leaked into room as seal not secure on door.
