We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place! The hospitality was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. Nico was an amazing host kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. He responded quickly to every request and made sure we felt comfortable through our stay. Every morning we were greeted with fresh snacks, croissants and coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our mornings even better. Thank you, Nico, for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

Owner was very polite. The apartment was clean and breakfast (one croissant per person) was included. Overpriced. Due to a system glitch or something else on Booking, our children's ages were set to 0. Upon arrival, the host demanded 80 EUR extra in cash. He later left 15 EUR back in the room, but the total cost for 2 nights ended up being over 470 EUR. This is highly overpriced for this apartment. Checking the app for the following weekend, the exact same room for 2 adults and 2 older children costs 158 EUR per night. The host took financial advantage of a software mistake instead of being flexible and hospitable. I suppose that from his point of view, he thinks he is right. Very disappointing experience. I expect the owner to reply with excuses about our booking mistake, but whatever he says will not change the fact that we were overcharged on-site. The apartment is good, but definitely not worth that much money, especially considering the prices for the following days are a lot cheaper. If I had known all this at the moment of booking, I wouldn't have done it.

No breakfast, just croasan. The property is in a very noisy and dirty part of Bari, so much so that it was impossible to sleep because of the noise and bad smels. I am very disappointed. Nothing was as described in the description of the property. The double bed was just a mattress on the floor, on a gallery that had to be climbed up stairs without a guardrail and on all fours because the height from floor to ceiling on the gallery was 1 meter, the sofa in the living room was old and uncomfortable and creaked with every movement. So I do not recommend it to elderly people or people with small children.We had to ask for clean towels and within 5 nights they were only changed twice and that was at our request. No one came in to clean the room, we had to do it ourselfs. the problem was both with electricity and water, because the electricity would often go out for a few minutes and the water pressure would decrease. There was a sauna and jacuzzi on offer for an additional fee (one of the reasons we chose that facility), but when we asked the owner where it was and when we could use it, he didn't answer.

Comunication with the owner

We are very thankful with Nico. He was very kind and accommodating with us. Location- walking distance to take the train to Bari Centrale, Polignano a Mare, airport etc. Walking distance to the town. During the night, the area was quiet. Breakfast- We had water and sweets in the room and at 8:30am someone brought fresh croissants. For my coffee, I went to the Black Bar next door which they were also very nice. It has a lift but I guess it was only for residents. We were not able to use it.

Perfectly prepared apartment. Owner very nice and helpful. Neighbours above the apartment were very loud, but of course, it is not owner's fault.

The apartments are comfortable, clean, everything you need is there. The host is communicating and kind. Thank you for your concern .

A bit far from the center, better rent a car no taxi around

nothing - horribly hot to sleep, the bed is just under the ceiling (on entresol). you cannot stand there - air conditioner is noisy and you can't sleep when it is working - breakfast (croissant) coming always at 8.30 and you have to open them the door!! Being on vacation we had to get up at 8.30 every day... - the landlord wanted us to leave the room at 9.30 the last day (!), and did not agree to extend the time to 11 although we asked for it - the landlord was generally unpleasent and behaved bossy - forget any flexibility while there... - we had to send the landlord our IDs on Whatsapp before coming - he was insistive and stubborn which was unpleasent from the very beginning - located far from the center - cleanliness and smell in the bathroom

Beds were great, AC worked perfectly, morning pastries were perfect, and the spaciousness was up to par with our expectations. The water pressure in the shower could be better.

Great hospitality. Everyday fresh croissants and some snacks. Localization 10/10. Close to train station.
