The beds were comfortable. Several employees were very kind and helpful. Limited F&B, no wash cloths, housekeeping gave us towels, but no other service; front desk clerk had very limited English and limited knowledge of local area, received no help in finding restaurants that were open and in walking distance. Hallways were dark and in need of renovation. Bathtubs were a safety hazard. The slope at the back of the tub made it dangerous to take a shower and get in and out successfully. We were there two days with a Trafalgar tour and one day on our own. Some employees were happy, kind and helpful; others were the opposite. A great difference.

Nothing special The check-in time is supposed to be at 3:00 p.m.; however, my room was not ready at that time. I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 p.m. and they were unable to offer an early check-in, which I completely understand. However, I did expect the hotel to respect its official check-in time. When I complained about the delay, the person at reception did not seem prepared to handle the situation professionally and reacted to my complaint in an unfriendly manner, which made the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, the bathroom is clearly not properly cleaned or maintained. There is a visible layer of accumulated dirt and grime covering the stone surfaces around the shower/bathtub area. It does not look like a recent cleaning issue, but rather a lack of proper deep cleaning and maintenance over time. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, especially considering the standard I expected from the hotel.

Location. Restroom too small, Ac is does not cool enough. Gentleman said he needed to clean filters, but room still felt hot.

An excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. I was extremely satisfied with everything—the convenient location, the incredibly professional and friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, my room was on the first floor, so the view wasn’t great. However, the room was very spacious, comfortable, and everything else was perfect. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. Thank you to the amazing team!

Room is bigger than other hotel in Barcelona and comfortable. Location is good, walk to the train station just 5 minutes left. And there have more of cafe, restaurant and supermarket nearby the hotel. Breakfast buffet has a lot of fruits. The hotel has air-conditioner. The reception staffs are helpful and nice. Fair cleanliness. Breakfast buffet limited options.

Good value in expensive Barcelona....

The location was pretty solid; there's a metro and a bus stop nearby We didn't like the hotel temperature, especially with a small baby—it was over 30°C outside and 18°C inside. On top of that, coffee and tea were charged extra?! I can understand the minibar, but charging for coffee and tea, especially since the hotel price was quite high and didn't even include breakfast. The baby crib was very thin. The bathroom was the worst: we found a hair tie left behind by the cleaning staff or previous guests, a clump of hair behind the door that hadn't been cleaned up, and we didn't even have a toilet brush. Apart from the location and the staff, there isn't really anything else I can praise
