Everything, location, room, cleanliness, and the staff very helpful and polite. Added bonus had a fab pool and relaxing area and close to metro station. Perfecto Nothing , all great.

I really enjoyed the staff here! All were so helpful and kind from the front desk (special shout out to Alessio, but really all were great) to housekeeping and the attendants working breakfast. Everyone was there to assist in any way they could and I really appreciated it. They really helped add a nice touch to the location. My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean as well. Minor, but it would be helpful if there was an easy way to call down to the front desk. Maybe it was just my room, but none of my phones were able to reach the front desk and I ended up having to go down myself.

Really good location. Metro just two minutes away. Awrobus for the airport just 7 min walking. Staff really helpful. The hotel is spotless from the top to the bottom. Super king size bed. The swimming pool at the roof top is fantastic after a full day sightseeing. All perfect. Highly recommend.

Very accessible to the metro. Staff were amazing and friendly. The water in the shower area keeps on spilling out of the tub. The floor always gets wet when we took showers.

Exceptionally clean with a nice, comfortable bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was good, though not exceptional. The room was really very noisy since it overlooked the main road. The windows were not good at keeping out the road noise very much at all. As a result, I slept badly.

Location. Your front desk staff, Fredrico (sp) and Mark. Two very helpful employee/representatives of your hotel! They both went beyond what I expected in helping me find my way around your city. The A/C thermostat control. Why put a complicated control like you have, into a hotel room people will only stay a short time in? I neither had the time or interest in learning how to control this complicated thermostat. I could not get the temperature to a comfortable setting. It was set at a very low temperature (16 deg) which I adjusted up to 22 deg. I woke up and it was back down to 16 deg. Which was extremely cold for me. Finally after complaining to your front desk clerk, I was told I could shut it off. That still doesn't solve the issue that I could not adjust my room to a comfortable level. It was very hot outside but 16 deg was too cold after being outside. Please consider installing temperature controls that are simple (just a simple up or down feature. I finally had to open the window to let some heat into my room. The other issue was the smell of what seemed to be sewage in the room on my second day there. I did bring it up to the desk staff. Also the smell of what may have been a cleaning solution that smelled similar to vinegar?? in the second floor hallway was offensive.

Excellent location, very easy to walk everywhere. The room was wide (23 m²), clean and comfortable — we had room 21. Special mention to Frederic at reception: sociable, funny and genuinely helpful. He made our stay much more comfortable. The window in the room cannot be opened or controlled, not a big issue for us personally. There was also a noticeable smell in the room; the staff explained it comes from the street and the drainage pipes, and that it’s a common issue in Barcelona.

Alessio at the front desk was AMAZING! He helped us get settled into a room as soon as one was available, gave us excellent recommendations, and even sent a bottle of cava to the room to help celebrate my birthday! The property was extremely clean and we loved finishing the day at the plunge pool on the roof.
