It is very close to the shopping mall and restaurants. It is also close for watching the Magic Fountain show so we did not need to worry about going back late. The room was clean and big. The pool area is very nice for family if we want to rest from the city tour. There is also a cheaper option for breakfast if you do not want a buffet one. We were surprised with the city tax, which of course was not the hotel's fault. But better be prepared. We paid around 7.10€ per person per night. The kid was free.

I like the room, housekeeping team and their cleanliness The staff sits at reception are rude and not professional. I have couple of incident to share - when I was checking in, I was told to wait as rooms were not ready which is fine but at the same time lady was too pushy on making tourist tax, though i had already paid hotel stay, it was just tourist tax. I told her that we have had long journey amd we are currently tired, kindly please get the room ready and I am here for 3 days, I will pay the tourist tax but dont push to pay it right now. Another incident was about storing ice cream. Our room's refrigerator was too small to sotre ice cream and hence we asked for reception to store it in big refrigerator in their kitchen. It was a big ice cream tub and when i asked for an ice cream tub, i noticed that it was completely melt and it became liquid. These two incidents shows that how efficient they are in providing their services. Outside hotel, there was a construction work going on, so lot of noise and dust the moment you come out of hotel. Please confirm with hotel before checking in if you are not comfortable with such enviorment.

location was near to espanya metro station which is very handy when using the metro to travel around barcelona as most lines started here to get to the other lines quite easily. also handy if need to get to barcelona's main station as only 2 stops away. had family room which was adequate size with balcony and staff were very friendly an helpful. had city view but issue is currently there is construction going on out front and woken every day at 8am when they started work so had a bit of disturbed sleep and also spoilt the view we were hoping for.

The room was very cozy, spacious, and modernly furnished. The different coloured lighting created a lovely atmosphere. Bed was very big and comfortable, and the room also had air conditioning, a minibar, and a small balcony overlooking the surrounding buildings and a park. The hotel’s location is excellent – Plaza de España is about a 3-minute walk away, while La Rambla is around a 30-minute walk. The breakfast was extremely poor ( it costs €16). The selection was very limited: there was no butter or even honey, no proper bread, only dried-out toast and some very dry bread rolls. The coffee didn’t taste like coffee at all, but more like cacao. The worst part was the eggs. I stay in around 30–50 different hotels every year, and I have never been served eggs this bad. It was the first time I actually left the eggs on my plate.

The location is near the bus station to the Terminal! Very convenient location

the room was very comfortable in every aspect, the temperature was great even with no air conditioning (despite the terrible heat outside), I liked the balcony the breakfast was a disaster, the options were very limited. I don't eat meet and I barely have something to eat there. Once the baked vegetables were spoiled, like sour, very disgusting. I told it to the waitress, she said "ok, I'll take it away" and it took her like 5 minutes to do so. Someone else could have tried it meanwhile. I also didn't get any apologies for almost eating spoiled sour food. Very disgusting

location, comfy The pool is not very good, small and not much space around. It opens after 10:00, not nice for a morning swim.

Near the mall Rules need to be set like: Starting from 23:00-07:00 no noise and slamming doors. There were some people who only came to sleep at 4 in the morning and made noise, talked loudly and slammed doors

The hotel is in a good location. Close to the metro station (espanya) The Arenas mall is straight opposite. Really handy for shops and also has some halal restaurants. The hotel itself was clean. There was roadworks right outside the front of the hotel. The diggers were loud so were woken up early with the loud noise, even though our room was to the back. There was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom especially after flushing the toilet. The hotel corridors are very dark, brighter lighting needed. Breakfast was disappointing. Not much choice. Breakfast was served from 7am til 11am, however if you weren't there early there was not much left. I would expect it to be refilled. No orange juice in the machine. There is a rooftop pool. Pictures on the website are very deceiving. The pool is very small. There were 4 sun loungers in total. We were there around 3pm in the afternoon and it was pretty busy so could definitely do with more. The staff could be more friendly, after all they work in hospitality.
