We were little surprised that not all stuff speaks English well, we have to wait for the more advanced speakers. Also, stuff were not trained at the equal level with drink mixing, so when we were at the pool, we had to either wait for the the right waiter to serve us a nice drink or to decide to have a cola instead.

I loved the room, the view, the lack of night noise and perfect darkness for good rest, loved the breakfast options, the staff there, the location (easy to go in any direction, easy to take a cab via uber, also close in walking distance to several restaurants in the next street, so just less than 30 meters), loved the parking, loved the pool even if it's small, loved the beds in the second floor to get the sea breeze, loved the cleanliness, the mini fridge for small things if you want, loved that the staff gave us for my mom a small birthday present, I would come back if given the chance!! The lift is too slow, the shower could benefit of more water pressure, the bidet could work better, better pillows and the bed overall is too noisy for intimacy (plus you can hear all the other rooms in the vicinity going at it at the same time), the lack of automated card access for the underground parking lot, but all those are just very little things, the stay was perfect!!

Location! 10 minute walk to the clothing optional beach. It has a 24 hour gym. It was a rooftop infinity pool with a tanning deck. It has saunas & they offer massages. Bidet available. Used for 1st time, very cleanly. I had 2 days left & they had no openings for a massage. Next time, I'll book earlier.

Breakfast, Pool and staff were the best. Power outage was not so good, but the apology letter and treats made it ok. If and when I am back in Barcelona, I will stay again. The lack of power from midnight to 3 am. I couldn't sleep due to the fact that I use a cpap at night. No power no cpap.

The front desk staff don’t know how to talk to hotel guests. The general manager needs to train them and explain that they should speak politely to customers and behave appropriately. The staff at the front desk are much more polite ?

Comfy bed. Glass of bubbles on arrival. Attentive service. Cheers to the Occidental team! The breakfast was good, however plan to go during non peak times as its layout and capacity is a bit congested.

The reception staff was extremely patient, accommodating, friendly and helpful. We got a sea side view room but it only had small windows, having large full length windows for the same room would've helped. While it was a room for 3, the storage space was not enough for 3. Having a little more storage room would've helped.

Location was great, parking as well. Room and bed were comfy. Sea view from our room (806) was great. One of the two elevators was out of service for the duration of our stay and the other broke down from Friday night to Saturday night, with the hotel full of guests. Not great for the guests - or for the staff - and the staff did their best to help. They let the guests use a service elevator from the restaurant which was probably also awkward for everyone. Kudos to staff for handling it and baking creative and pragmatic. Also kudos to the guests :-) who mostly took it all with good humor

Room was clean and nice, so was the staff. Only thing that was annoying was that the AC was not working for part of my stay but it did not hurt the overall experience much. I would have liked if our AC unit was operating correctly but other than that I have nothing bad to say.

Phenomenal property. With a waterfront view amazing pool and deck that I’m sure in the summer months is gorgeous and packed. The gym and sauna area were just what we needed at that part of the trip. The property was clean, central to hop on hop off, restaurants, and easy to grab a cab to and from. The front desk had a few miscommunication issues with asked to Turn on the sauna which created a less than ideal timing issue after. But that’s a minor concern for such a lovely place.
