Good staff at reception, water and refreshments provided. Easy access from metro. The lifts were poor for rooftop access. Breakfast area was a little busy at peak times, could do with more space.

Quite comfortable, we actually liked the small pool terrace and the little cozy bar. Ultra thin walls / you can hear everything next door. Our welcome check-in in wasn’t great, demanding payment as if we were to run off, despite amount already reserved and blocked for them. Didn’t get his name but definitely needs to pay attention to his attitude being in hospitality. Speaking Spanish to his colleague whilst checkin us in was quite rude. Small rooms.

We ordered a double twin room, when we checked in the employee sent us to an economy room without telling us. When we went to the reception we were told there is no twin room available, the next day we got upgraded to a room with a balcony so it’s ok.

Breakfast (only got to experience it 1 morning as compensation for our trouble, was not included price) The room smelled terrible (poop), was tiny, had hair on the bed linen and in the shower, the drains were out of the shower and sink..awful- we went to complain and were told that the manager would be in in the morning- so we had to stay in that room for the night. The staff in the morning were helpful and moved us to a better room, promised to refund only 50 euros of our $700-800 cost. We left after 2 nights of our 4 night non-refundable stay.

Very nice hotel, rooms was nice and clean. Aircon was awesome!!! And the rooftop bar and pool was amazing. Staff can be more friendly and help full. They would've send a whats app when the rooms were ready, which did not happened. And also we had an issue with some luggage that was delayed by the airport and there support in that issue was little to none to try and solve the issue, as everyone on telephone speaks Spanish and do not try to help if you speak English, so the reception could've assisted us more in that way.

They have a very good breakfast selection, the roof top bar is breezy and they offer good drinks. the location is good, considering you are only a 2 block walk from La Rambla, so walking to the Gothic district is a breeze. there is current construction in La Rambla so not easy to get in and out that area by Taxi as they do need to go around to avoid the street. but otherwise, if you are planning to stay for at least three nights, this location works well.

Not a lot of amenities in the room (toiletries, etc) but it was a fair price and great location.

Friendly staff, great service, clean facilities It was not notified that the streets near the hotel are being renovated, which meant that there was alot of traffic near the hotel. Also, the door of our balcony did not fully close, therefore we could hear noises from the street.

The location was very good. Rooms were little bit small for our taste.

Location was excellent. The room temperature was hard to get comfortable as it was too warm without ac but temp control on ac didn’t respond well and was too cold at anything below 25C. The outdoor temperature was perfect all week an average 20 C so I can’t imagine how hot the room temperature would be when the summer heat comes. The bed wasn’t horrible but not really comfortable either.

Staff was great including the guys at check in and the ladies at breakfast. Nice room, good breakfast spread, location was fantastic! Jose at check out was very helpful as well n/a
