Cleanliness and location. Price of breakfast

Good location, hotel amenities and hotel staff We found the triple room a little small and with no much space for bags, breakfast that we included in the rate was not possible to enjoy due to the starting time at the hotel and not known at the time of booking (we had to leave for airport before it starts). We had issues with nightlight as it lit a red led bar just behind the bed when all lights were out (impossible to turn it off). No room option with minibar.

We were very happy with the hotel, location, comfort, and especially the staff. Nicholas, Felix, Solange, and Carlos were truly exceptionally attentive and helpful. Housekeeping was top-notch as well! We had breakfast one morning, which was quite good. We hope to return in the future. We really liked our room: it was very attractive albeit a little small (no room for a desk, for example). But aside from sleeping there, we didn't spend much time in our room. It had a nice large window with a view of trees.

Clean, great location. About ten minute walk to Sagrada Família €10 breakfast doesn’t include sausages or other options you can find in an English breakfast. Food caused me upset stomach the three times I had it.

Clean, confortable, spacious, good location, good stuff Internet, parking was close but 33 euros for 24 hours. Hotel parking had one spot that was small for our car.

Despite being called boutique hotel, it looks like an ordinary hotel.
-
Location Broken shower. Broken elevator. Unfriendly afternoon staff. Un marked access to stair case for upper floors.
-
Location was excellent! Room was very small.

Some of the tv channels did not work, especially those I needed such as Eurosport and BBC News. For the price paid for this hotel, this was unacceptable. When I complained to the reception staff, the person did not seem to care.
-
A little noise, and the TV doesn’t connect to YouTube, or you cannot cast from your mobile or laptop to the TV.
-
Getting to breakfast from room was the only problem. Breakfast itself was great. I solved my getting to breakfast by walking in front door of hotel and taking elevator.
-
The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall the stay felt very enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you to the whole team for the great hospitality!

The property expanded, so if you have multiple rooms in different sections, a little confusing to join up with your group.
-
Toilet seat was too near the wall and the paper tower holder. Felt very tight and I am only 5'3" and not too big. Shower heads were good after you figure out how to use it..first time all water went out of shower area and had to clean big time.

We had a big room, at the back of the hotel. A small patio. Someone triggered the smoke alarm. It took the hotel more than one hour to disable it. It was around the midnight hour. No fire. Before I arrive, they said I could keep my luggage there after my stay, but they rejected when I was there.

price/night outrageous

- nice good-looking room - close to cheap store - close to Sagrada - close to metro stations - 24h service - free apples, croasants, lemonade - hot hot shower water - you can open the window + you also have air conditioner - view to Sagrada is only from roof not from room - Noise: if you open the window - loud traffic noise - Noise: the walls are so thin between rooms, you hear your next-next neighbor shower and words - Noise: when people get out of the elevator, you hear them like they come into your room - Noise: morning room-service is so noisy cleanning the other rooms, you cannot sleep more than 8-9 am .. - I will choose a private appartment my next vacation

quiet room, location, clean, in the bath room doesn't have body gel and conditioner, no fridge at room. the breakfast was simple but good. some dishes in breakfast was dirty and small place.
