Great location and nice decor- quite grand. Liked the rooftop bar. Comfortable bed and very clean. Nice breakfast buffet. Although expensive room was quite small with no view.

Upon check in the staff questioned us and asked if we were sure we were staying there and if we had the right hotel. This was before they looked at the details in their system. The questioning was rude and in appropirate, we have never experienced this treatment at check in. The location was great.

Location, cleanliness and staff On the last day which was the 19th morning we had to leave early for the airport and we went down for breakfast at 7. the staff were just chatting at the desk for a very lengthy time. II went up and gave the order as soon as we arrived at 7 and had to remind after member of staff after 12 minutes . They should know that people are there at 7 for a reason either to go on a tour or leave for the airport.

Perfect location and everyone was polite & professional. We didn’t eat there but had drinks on the roof top. Only small but the rooftop bar closed at 11.30 pm which in Europe is early and the only place to drink after is in the entrance lounge.

Everything was just excellent - roof top bar, kitchen, room cleanness and location, facilities and last but not least - staff friendliness. Nothing to add here - everything was great.
