Locality was fantastic for exploring Barcelona. Lovely local cafes and restaurants close by. Staff were helpful, courteous and couldn't have done more for us. Loved the fresh water available to all at reception to fill up water bottles. Free water and fruit juice in minibar as well. Not a fan of instant coffee in hotel rooms, expected nicer. Not a big deal at all though.

The property was clean, the room was also spacious. Good breakfast with a variety of options. The staff was very friendly and professional. It was my birthday and the staff went the extra mile by with a birthday message and small cake on the day, which was a nice suprise. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room also came with a fridge which is very helpful. Nothing worth mentioning.

Good design of the shared amenities The service. The staff. The cleanliness. The location. But ultimately, it all comes down to the staff and service. Management mentioned that the issues were due to a language barrier, but I travel frequently, and the intention behind good service is obvious in any language. I’m currently staying at another hotel, and the contrast is striking - you can immediately feel when staff genuinely want to help and go the extra mile. Unfortunately, the staff at INNSiDE really need more training. In my experience, the language barrier is not the issue - it’s the attitude and level of service.
