Location was great for shops and restaurants. If your room is overlooking the square it’s gets very noisy in the early hours. The homeless congregate in the square shouting etc.

Good location 24/7 reception Air conditioning Beds were so uncomfortable Rambles (the suburb) can be unsafe, we witnessed multiple pick pockets at night Square can get loud at night but on level 4 it was just far enough away to be okay

Its the location and it has a great vibe and lots of bars shops and restaurants. There was nothing that i didnt like. As i really love the hotel that i stayed in.

Location Everything is so old. Elevator didn’t work for days. Rooms are so old and small no window. AC only works when in the room so you’d come back to a hot room. Had to go ask front desk to turn AC on every night they would lock it

The location is great, plenty of restaurants when you exit and the La Rambla is close by. The staff was good, always someone at the check-in desk. It was pretty clean as well, and the bathtub was nice. The room is very small and there's only one tiny window but it's okay because in Barcelona you will not want to stay inside. The bathroom doesn't have any hangers for towels or anything, except directly above the bath, which was really annoying. A hairdryer would be nice as well.

Nothing Everything was bad here. Very bad Cleaning, bath rooms were not good. Room was dirty, staff was very rude.

It was horrible experience, can't count anything, I liked. Staff attitude, the horrible noise outside, very slow cooling system, mosquitos disturbing during the night. Bed sheets were dirty with dust blanket was dirty with dust.

The hotel is on Placa Reial itself, just off Las Ramblas - a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are tiny and my bed was hard - I woke with a backache each morning.

Amazing location, clean rooms, best prices, free breakfast and super friendly staff! It was perfect!
