It was not my first time staying in this accommodation, I mainly choose this for its prime location. Easy connections and easy to reach. Staff were helpful and very welcoming. nothing to complain about

The room is 5/10 whoch is acceptable. The location of the hotel is outstanding. The staff especially Nuria is very helpful and very kind. Always smiling and gives this place a happy vibe, feels like home. The staff is respectful. I will definitely stay again there in the rooms overlooking plaza catalunya as the view is outstanding and near everything in the downtown. But the AC was very noisy, even though was working good. There is no kitchen equipments in the third floor (not utilizing the spaces efficiently). The kitchen should have had a refrigerator, microwave/oven, frying pans, to give the stay more value. Only one key for each room, it was better to add a door lock system which will make it more easy to access my room especially we were two persons in the room, but it wasnt a hassle since we used to leave it with the receptionist in the front office.

When I arrived at 11.00 pm I found the hotel had a power outage. The receptionist told me I could not stay there and advised me to contact Booking.com, who suggested some other possibilities. At about midnight I was in a different hotel. I never got to stay there!

This is our 3 time in this hotel, the location it's perfect, room was big & enough for a couple, thank you for the reception & cleaning team. Lift wasn't working for almost 2 days, but it due to outside issue, not hotel mistake.

The location was great and the staff were fantastic. The lift was broken before arrival, the property has no air con and it’s a very long walk up the stairs (90 to be exact!) to the top floor. Not suitable if you have mobility issues. Portable air con unit in room is very loud. Rooms not soundproofed and traffic very loud. If you can sleep through anything, you’ll be fine. Currently the street below the room is being dug up and is very loud.

2 female staff members in the reception desk were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Room was comfortable. Everything was clean and comfortable. The elevator didn't work so well .

The staff was very freindly and helpful. The only thing is that they don't have small fridge in the room so is not handy for people who needs to have medication in cold. Otherwise every was good.

The location was perfect. The room is OK but a bit overpriced. We pay 150 per night. The lift is so old and slow and can only be accessed by 2 person. So sometimes you wait for more than 10 minutes to go to your floor.
