Hotel Lloret Ramblas

The location and the service of the receptionists The room was too dark, without window or natural light entrance. Besides, the elevator was broken and never fixed so if you travel with big and heavy luggage it is terrible to get them up stairs to the second floor. The cleaning service was very bad, they just made the bed but the floor remained dirty. Way different from the photos they share on the website and the matress and the pillows were too soft. Not recommended at all.

They charge you extra at the check in, even tho in the booking app is saying clear that "you paid everything in full you should not pay more". When you enter the room for the check in the AC is cold and perfect, later one they stop it. I had to go to them to put the AC 6-7 times during my stay because they will stop it. They told me that it didnt work but as soon as I come to my room the temperature is lower. Keep in mind that you cannot set your own temperature in the room, they disconect the panel for them to control it. Pretty dirty and not up to the standards and the price. Rude staff. Really dissapointed!

Proximity to Aerobus Hot room which I asked for help with immediately and was never offered an appropriate solution.

I work remotely so having a stable internet connection is essential for me. Unfortunately, the hotel WiFi was not working those days and I risked missing important meetings. I activated internet on my phone plan, which was quite expensive and the structure kindly refunded me the money back.

Great location, near everything and nice staff...excellent breakfast options! Room need more amenities such as storage space with drawers, shelves in bathroom and at night being in front of the house there too noise from the street (La Rambla)

The location was technically really good, but the construction outside of the property was undisclosed and extremely loud and inconvenient. The staff were kind and helpful. The air conditioning was terrible, it barely worked at best. There was mold in the room which was really the worst part. Fairly disappointing overall.

Nice staff , central location , pretty clean lobby. Las Ramblas was under major construction. Hotel was very hard to find and this made it harder. My room was very very small, maybe 50 square feet? brick wall outside window. Sufficient for one night but I wish I stayed elsewhere.

An amazing find! The location was fantastic. The hotel is great! Unbelievable that it is only a 1 star! Xavi at reception when we arrived was great and really went out of his way to help us! He even arranged for us to watch Spain v France on the big TV. Ivonne at checkout was lovely! All in all a great couple of days!

She took care to help me and made my stay a success..many thanks to Yvonne for making the stay for this old Canadian man enjoyable . Ideal central location for exploring Barcelona

Good location. Manager lies to us about getting a cab for us and saying cab driver would get our luggage -never happened and we were overcharged by taxi-$57 to get to the airport -took 30 minutes even though the manager said 20 Minutes

Brilliant hotel much more than 1 * - everything within walking distance and airport shuttle practically on the doorstep. Barcelona is amazing and can't wait to return. Absolutely nothing bad to say, although Bring some earplugs as Barcelona is the city that never sleeps, which is brilliant ?

Absolutely spotless, modern room with clever design. It's really tiny but comfortable. Windows are well insulated from outside noise. The location near Plaza Catalunya transport hub and The Ramblas is ideal. Food choices are great. Despite the tiny size there is a reasonable desk. There was quite a bit of noise from other guests but it didn't go on very late. The TV only has Spanish and Catalan channels; a few News channels in other languages would have been nice and every other hotel seems to have them.

I liked it because it was the center of the city. It was bit loud outside our hotel. The room was very small.

Good location in central area. Walking distance to metro and bus stations. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is cleaned every day, has a safebox, and is equipped with comforting air conditioner. It is nice that Booking.com provides free taxi from airport to hotel although the instructions were confusing. 1) No fridge or microwave oven. Room is small, but it is expected for a hotel in big cities. 2) Confusing instructions for taxi pickup at airport. Booking.com provided instructions, the taxi driver sent a different instruction, and a third person sent another instruction to connect us and a driver.
