We were there for celebrating our anniversary. Oscar, the staff at check in was so nice that offered us a welcome gift. He also was helpful with our luggage and managed to have the room earlier than expected. The room was super clean. Complementary tea and coffee with a beautiful outside area. It is easy to access by bus and metro station is close enough. Supermarket is near to hotel, si I definitely recommend this hotel. Water pressure at 4th flour was low.

Everything was excellent. The property was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything exceeded our expectations. Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Location great. Metro station and bus outside the door. Supermarket next door. Surrounded by fantastic shopping and Gaudi houses. Could barely open or close the bathroom door. The shower sent water out horizontally. The air con system was noisy with water trickling all night.

Great location. Small but comfortable room. Beautiful public areas. Didn’t feel the room we were allocated was ‘premium’. It was fine, but not sure worth the extra I paid.

The location The room smelled bad, the shower floor was extremely slippery, and even though there was a non-slip mat, it was still very dangerous. At night, the plumbing was also very noisy and made it difficult to sleep.

amazing location - almost all attractions are accessible. Bus, metro is right around the corner. Many restaurants around the area that remain open till late

Location, location, location. Very walkable location, but also just bear many forms of public transportation that will take you anywhere. The hotel felt luxurious, but incredibly welcoming. The employees were fabulous. The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep up with the record-breaking heat. The realtor the hotel was kept cool, though.

In the centre of everything. Toilet some times smelled awful - sewage problem. Not very clean in some corners (hair, dust).
