The hotel is very good located with many good restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and is ready to assist with every question you have. The accomodation is very atmospheric, cozy and spotlessly clean. Although the room had all I needed, it was a bit on the smaller side and didn't get much daylight.

A very disappointing experience from booking to check-out. Even before arriving, the payment arrangement felt unusual. I had already provided my credit card details through Booking.com to guarantee the reservation, but the hotel still insisted that I make the payment separately through a link provided by them. I found it strange and uncomfortable that the payment could not simply be handled through Booking.com, despite the reservation being made there. Unfortunately, the problems continued after check-in. The door to my first room was not working properly, so I had to go back downstairs and ask for another room. After changing rooms, I discovered that the bathtub drain was broken and the water would not drain properly. I reported it at around 8:00 a.m., but no one came to fix it until around noon — approximately four hours later. The worst part happened when I was checking out and rushing to the airport. The elevators were not working at all despite repeatedly pressing the buttons. I then tried to use the back/emergency staircase, only to find that it was locked. This was more than an inconvenience. If the elevators are unavailable, guests should at least have access to an alternative exit route. A locked staircase also raises serious concerns about emergency evacuation and guest safety. Overall, a very frustrating experience and well below what I would expect from a FOUR STAR hotel.

I liked everything about this property. It was beautiful and felt luxurious and the service was really good and the staff were nice and accommodating and gave me a complementary upgrade for my room when my light stopped working after I came back after sight seeing. Over all loved the stay. I was asked to pay €4 for a bottle of water, which is pretty expensive. They gave me the first bottle complementary so cant complain that much.
