Pool was good. And the air conditioning was next level Possibly time for a refurb in our room but it was still excellent

Location We didn't like to rooms or the staff who didn't care about our comfort. Unclear to me why we were assigned (2) rooms that weren't functional and when we finally moved to the 3rd room the shower drain was clogged. The room was dusty, the toilet water continued to run after every use. There was a drip inside the sink and the water in the shower accumulated for about 2-3 inches and we had to turn it off in order for it not to overflow and get into the bathroom floor. We had to stand in the shower with soap and shampoo for several minutes until it resolved itself. It was quite an inconvenience as it took significantly longer to get ready. We were assigned to the 1st floor next to the dining room and elevator since we booked via a third party and not directly with the hotel. Needless to say that the morning/breakfast crowd also became an inconvenience. I will not recommend this hotel. Disappointing and a waste of $600 in less than three days.

The property is located in a great location walkable to many of the sites, and near some great vegan restaurants and cafes, which I appreciated. The pool, while only very shallow, approx 80cm, is lovely after a day of walking around in the heat! The rooms are a great size and very comfortable. I would recommend staying here to my friends.

Great reception staff to assist at all hours. The manager was extremely helpful and gave great advice and suggestions on the area. The room we had was too noisy with street noise.

Nice location and modern hotel The view is quite bad looking at a communal space between buildings but typical of the city. We had the city tax added at our checkout they didn't mention how much we'd have to pay when checking in which was a bit strange

Having the rooftop pool for cooling off in the hot weather was fantastic. The location was great and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Clean, comfortable rooms. The pool is a nice amenity, especially in the summer Our room wasn’t ready at the 3pm check in and we had to wait about half an hour

The room was nice, spacious and had a lovely balcony. The terrace was beautiful, and the hotel also has a swimming pool. Breakfast was quite standard for a 3-star hotel, but the coffee was good. Some of the staff were very polite and friendly, especially the people working at the breakfast buffet, who were really pleasant and helpful. One of the mattresses was quite uncomfortable, as it felt old and worn out. The housekeeping could also be improved: after requesting room cleaning, some rubbish was left behind and the room was not properly vacuumed. The service at reception was very inconsistent. While some staff were friendly, a few of the older male receptionists were particularly rude and unfriendly, often giving the impression that they wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible when we asked a question or needed assistance. The swimming pool also did not look very clean, possibly because of sunscreen and cosmetics from other guests, so we decided not to use it.
