Though the hotel is under construction currently, we still loved it and enjoyed very much, just as every time we stay there. The idea to serve breakfast at the rooftop is amazing! Please keep it also after renovations! It was such a cool start of the day! Special thanks to Axel from all of our family - you as always- made our stay extremely comfortable!

We were warmly greeted by Daniel on the front desk and given excellent check in service. We loved room 522 - the interiors and lighting are beautiful and practical with a lovely view over Carrer re Majorca. The bed is extremely comfortable. The quality of the sheets and towels is 5 star. The bath products by Germaine de Capucini are luxurious. The rain shower is the best we’ve had!

Location is excellent and the room was fantastic. The staff is kind and helpful. After my stay I actually think that the price is very convenient for all what you get Is not that I didn’t like it is just that they are in renovation and you can hear some noises here and there but nothing really bad.

Great location. Room is renovated. The room itself was beautiful and matched the photos, but almost everything else fell far below expectations. The hotel is under renovation, and the noise was impossible to ignore. I was specifically told that construction would start at 11:00 a.m., yet I was woken up at 9:00 a.m. by constant hammering. Guests should be informed honestly before booking. To make matters worse, despite the recent renovation, the toilet had visible rust stains. This is a basic cleanliness issue that should never be overlooked. The most unacceptable part of my stay was the way I was treated by the security guard at the entrance. He refused to let me enter and blocked the doorway as if I were a trespasser or a criminal. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely lacking in hospitality. Staff representing the hotel should receive proper customer service training to ensure guests are treated with respect.
